      @@amazinganinipots2838 if u have many issues, don't try to fix all of them in one go, fix one problem at a time, eventually over a period of a few months you'll have worked through more than u anticipated and over a year the progress will be even bigger. I think the exact foods aren't as important as the effects, so if u don't have certain things available to u, look for foods with similar effects as the ones in the video. Hope that helps.

They are trained in prescription drugs and which ones to push for the pharmaceutical companies. "Bali" or sacrifice is common ritual in sakti puja... even in ancient times there was aswamedh yagna... where the horse was sacrificed. They were not vegetarian for sure. it's upto individual choices...not any advice or rule were ever mentioned.

      Some people need haem iron, which is most richly provided by meat, especially red meat. There are small amounts in egg yolks. I discovered this by accident after years of low-level iron-deficiency anaemia, despite a diet rich in non-haem iron and vitamins. My serum ferritin was always low. Iron supplement, even injections of iron, did not help. Haem iron is much more easily absorbed. Two or three small servings of red meat per week keeps my ferritin levels at a good level.

    I had a lot of problems before..but from the time i start to have healthy foods my body is just good and so energetic!! My hairfall reduced.. And i have thick hair now..so many baby hair is growing!!
    Just eat healthy and colourful items (colourful vegetables and fruits) and try to drink milk and eat egg regularly!! This guy really helped me lot!! I followed maximum instructions he gave! And my body and metabolism is healthier than everrr

      I leant in my class that thyroid gland produces thyroxine and main component of it is iodine .I think people who suffer from thyroid should increase their iodine intake eg. Iodised salt

      Take multivitamins and eat clean healthy foods. Don’t solely rely on multi vitamins for proper nutrition though, I’d prefer taking them after having a good meal. Also make sure your multivitamin are FDA approved !

    In my case it’s mostly stress. I live a very healthy lifestyle but when I’m overly stressed (full time student and part time job) I start losing my hair, get jaw acne, and canker sores in my mouth.     It's never too late
    I've had much of these issues, I've taken responsibility to make things work.
    I exercise regularly, eat mostly home cooked food and I've even reduced use of chemical products on my skin.
    I'm just 24 having such issues, I don't think my body would be able to endure any big shock and I don't choose that.
    I've started living a healthier life.
    Those useless products can wait, my body needs my attention!

    Also bleeding gums can be caused by not flossing regularly. My dentist told me to start flossing and rinse my mouth after i eat something. It worked! My gums don't bleed anymore.

      Secular Bhakt of India I am pretty sure calcium carbonate is the worst form of calcium which causes leeching from the bones. Can someone tell me differently so that I may better myself to get more calcium as I will not drink milk unless it’s organic or goat’s milk which we do not have in my town?

      Its wrong information and poorly researched, popping sound is not due to calcium deficiency. Please, don't fall prey to the wrong information of these self proclaimed fitness experts on youtube and elsewhere.
      Obviously, in the end it is mama earth paid promotion as well.

      Soahum Bagchi bro its also can happen with calcium deficiency. I have also have herd this from Ayurveda Aachrya ji. So i also believing its true. Thil ke daane(sesame seeds) are king providing for (organic)calcium. eat just 2tbspn daily by soaked in water for 2 weeks u almost cures its deficiency for sure.

      I eat many types of legumes and grains kind of cycling's so i really don't have any type of deficiency. And i avoid eating junk food. But once or twice per week its ok less junk food less problems 😀😀😀.

      Those sounds are due to the formation of nitrogen bubbles. Calcium deficiency manifests in a different way.
