    I have this racket. Amazing racket, but make sure you string it over like 28 lbs. If you don't, you won't get too much power out of it. I personally use BG66 Ultimax at 28 lbs and my smashes are really fast with this racket.

    I just booked this racket online and i just wanted to see how easy it is to smash with this racket. Going to group this with my Mx80, V80 and new Thruster F. Watching this video, i must say it will fit my game very well.
    I have been struggling to find a racket to compliment my smashes like mx80 and v80. I prefer mostly to play back court as a hard smasher but i need a slightly head heavy racket to easily lift smash returns. NRZP is head light but the stiff frame may help with strong returns.

      Lupin Liu you're right, 3U is heavier than 4U. But you also have to consider the head weight of a racket. The 4U ZF2 may be lighter overall than the 3U ZSP but it is significantly more head heavy which makes it harder to control and maneuver.

    It is a great review. I am bit confused about how durable it is. As when i am buying on Amazon. People have concerns about durability. Also can you please tell me which string to buy 24 or 26. My gameplay is smashing. And the one that is available to me is NG99. Thanks alot. Waiting for your response

    • @BadmintonInDepth
      @BadmintonInDepth  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Durability is somewhat dependent on many factors. If you buy an authentic racket on Amazon and you string it at a reasonable tension (below 30lbs) AND you take care of it well (avoid clashes with other rackets, etc) it will easily last you 2-3 years. As far as string tension goes, just go with what you feel comfortable with, i personally like 26lbs better but you may not feel the same. I suggest you start at 24lbs first then change if you don't like it.

    Yo, I’m now on the TK9900 3rd gen, on 4u, and I’m interested in getting this racket, but a lot of people seem to shit on it for some reason, I have quite a lot of strength for my size, that’s why I asked for reviews of some super stiff rackets, I was considering the JS10Q, but ruled it out because of the numerous frame sinking issues, now I landed on this which seems to be what I’m looking for. Is there any truth to the negative reviews of this racket in your opinion?

    • @BadmintonInDepth
      @BadmintonInDepth  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I, too, had stayed away from the ZSP for the longest time because 90% of what I read about it was negative (it feels dull, it too stiff, it's unforgiving, it lacks control, etc..) bit i'm really glad I ultimately went for it because i ended loving it so much. I can't speak about the dull feeling because honestly i don't even know what people mean by that, the impact feels solid to me, the shaft is very stiff and the frame is smaller and not forgiving but you do get used to it after a while. I have never played the tk9900 but i would assume that it is head heavy and stiff. If you do get the ZSP, the biggest thing for you would be to adjust your swing timing to the much faster frame. But i really recommend that you try it out first before you make a decision.

    • @falsecatalyst3936
      @falsecatalyst3936 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Badminton In Depth thanks for the prompt reply, and yes the tk9900 is very head heavy and stiff, you can say it’s Victor’s ZF2, but it’s even more head heavy, with that said, I think I will give the ZSP a shot

    Mr backhand can make 37 lbs. How can?

    • @BadmintonInDepth
      @BadmintonInDepth  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's possible to string the racket to 37lbs but you run a very high risk of breaking the string and warping the frame

    I have to admit that the newer livery literally pushes me to the side of VTZF2 no matter how magnificent it is in terms of feedback, it’s just…outrageously hideous…

    This should never have been a Nanoray - it's too head-heavy.
    A poor racket with no feel - it's all power.

    • @BadmintonInDepth
      @BadmintonInDepth  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think they lumped this racket in the Nanoray series because it's fast. When you mentioned no feel, are you referring to the lack of feedback or vibration from the frame?

    • @JMUDoc
      @JMUDoc 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BadmintonInDepth Lack of feedback - it was like hitting with a frying pan. And control was bad, too "bouncy".
      I think they tried too many new things at once with this racket, to be honest; the Z-Slash was difficult to adapt to when it came out, but the Z-Speed was way worse.
