Hi, beautiful pictures, sharp and lovely. I’m new to the rx10. And to the Sony system . What Focus Area would you recommend for bird photography. Thank you

Nice images and music. I'd like to hear a little bit about how you like the camera and some of the things you'd like to see improved. Do you use the clear view feature?

    • @johnboscomichaelwildlife117
      @johnboscomichaelwildlife117  3 ปีที่แล้ว

Only thing to be improved is sensor, because in low light it is not a great performer. Thank you 😊😊

Nice! Curious to why 320 iso when you could go lower with such good light and high shutter speeds 1/4000 seems a little high. is 1/4000 needed with this camera? thanks

That shot you can see in the thumbnail of the video is a very fast action of the bird with its legs which can be freezed only at higher shutter speeds. When we do birds Photography, always set the iso to a good range like 320( Less grains) and control light only by shutter speeds (increase or decrease) so that some fast movements of birds can be freezed. Lowering iso will again ask to lower shutter speed etc. Iso 320 I find good and sharp in moderate light also. Thanks a lot 😊😊

This is a joke -- these pix were actually taken with a Sony A9 ii -- RIGHT ?
If not, them what editing software did you use and did you shoot them in RAW ?
If true, these photos are the best that I've ever seen coming from a four year old one inch sensor.
I hope the new RX10M5 uses the new IMX226 starlight sensor so we can use higher ISO settings. And, IBIS would just be the icing on the cake.

Have you ever read that Sony RX10M4 uses Sony A9 advanced focus system. I am true that all these are taken using RX10M4. But this camera is not good in low light. Check out my page facebook.com/johnclicks thank you 😊😊

      Yes, I own the RX10M4
I know the RX10M4 can't shoot in low light -- which is a shame.
That's why I mentioned they need to place a low light sensor in the next generation Mark 5 camera (Sony Low Light Sensor # IMX226)
I think your editing software has a great deal to do with how good your pictures actually look because out of the camera the images aren't nearly as good as what I'm seeing on your videos.
      In 2021 being a great photographer =
      1. Knowing your camera and how to use it
      2. Knowing your editing software and how to use it

Wow that's great to know that you also own one RX10M4. I shoot in high quality jpeg format only because I don't have software or time to edit the photos because actually I work as a mechanical technician and Photography us my part time and passion. But I do a little brightness and colour corrections in my mobile gallery software. Thanks a lot. Do watch my other videos like slow motion etc..

Amazing camera. I think that 1 inch sensor is too small though. Pixel Peeping ain’t good for this camera. Nice work though.
