They actually went heavier over the years, came from Pop Punk to Metalcore with even deathcore influences (Merry Axe-Mas breakdown) that's why I love this band, got heavier and having more success, while every metalcore band go softer and lose their fanbase

I like their music even though I have really bad anxiety and can't overly enjoy horror movies and slasher films. Haunted houses turn me into a puddle of tears and panic attacks. I think my mum put it best. I like the concept but I just want to watch the execution from afar. INK is a really good band though.

The riff in "all in your head so just pretend" and "all your friends are fucking dead" during the breakdown has the same melody as the "1,2, Freddy's coming for you", nursery rhyme. Awesome little detail!

love this song. heard it in apple music then i heard the music with the videoclip. honestly the experience is totally different, music is about emotion and also the transmition of a message and visual of it and the way the transmiter sends its message and turns it exciting or not to us listeners and watchers. at 3:30 the way the singer grabs and transmits the singing with the band together behind him gives me goosebumps, its really awesome.

I stumbled upon this band last night 1/30/19 and INK got me hooked!!! Not just because they did a song on the film nightmare on elm street which is my favorite slasher villain but also because the origin of the lyrics if it ain’t from slasher films it’s from horror books. It’s basically a lyrical version of the horror genre in general.
