I've gotta be honest and share how I came across this track (along with several other fantastic Ice Nine Kills tunes). I see a lot of comments about how great the band is, but not enough paying tribute to Brandon Lee. Luckily, they made a nice tribute to him. RIP Brandon
Yes, I could see how it could make for an "inside the story" video, giving even more depth and character relatability. Almost a quiet story about the main character, being something little known and candid... A small peek into that life.

This song does justice and a great reference to The Crow, one of the best movies. I Love this song....fan for life. Ice Nine Kills is an amazing band!
Only just realized that Spencer on the radio in the therapist car foreshadows both this song and it is the end. Neat
That was quite chilling how Spencer was able to sneak up on the therapist without him realizing it. Shows what a professional serial killer he is. He could have killed right there.
I've gotta be honest and share how I came across this track (along with several other fantastic Ice Nine Kills tunes). It's all thanks to the latest video on Dead Meat's channel, where James did the "kill count" for this album. Now, I absolutely adore these songs, and they've earned a spot on my "Music I can always listen to" playlist! 🎶🔪
Same here
Ditto.
Same!!! And I watched the movie!!
Likewise and Ice Nine Kills are amazing 🤩🤩🤩
Same
I see a lot of comments about how great the band is, but not enough paying tribute to Brandon Lee. Luckily, they made a nice tribute to him. RIP Brandon
So good. Anyone else agree they should make an acoustic version?
I love the song as is, but when it first started I thought “hey an acoustic song!” This is one that’d be great as an acoustic song.
Yes, I could see how it could make for an "inside the story" video, giving even more depth and character relatability. Almost a quiet story about the main character, being something little known and candid... A small peek into that life.
I love acoustic but I'm not sure this song would 100% suit an acoustic for it. Always up to hear that kind of version of it tho 100%
Leighanna Hallett yeah I get that
they did an acoustic version, heard it on octane on Friday. not sure when they will release it to the public tho.
Ice Nine Kills should make a song based off Dexter. It would be sick!
Erik Omer Dexters Laboratory(German Impersonation)
I was thinking of Dexter Morgan from the show “Dexter” based off the novel “Darkly Dreaming Dexter”.
Erik Omer I know, but I said Dexters Laboratory because of Spencer's German accent impression.
You want a song about dexter Morgan? Check out the song "dark passenger" by motionless in white.
OMG YESSS, I NEED THIS TO BE A THING, I WILL DIE IF IT DOES!😂😻🔪
Spencer's german impersonation is dope af XD
It's almost as bad as Misha Collins' lol
Yeah, have you not heard people in the attic?
Me just realizing that this is a song written by Justin Morrow and that he use to be in this band. This is a really good song for real I really like it. Why this band isn't more popular is beyond me. This is very very good.
Who else came back just to see if the "Hooded Figure" is really there... AND HOLY SHIT IT IS THERE!!!!
LivUndead I’m wondering what that has to do with anything now.
I have a feeling that hooded figure was Spencer's demon shadow
@@diablo_blaze3076 was it really him tho
I missed it:(
Or it’s Noob Saibot.
I have to say this band has some of the best music video story lines I’ve seen, I love how cinematic it is. The videography is amazing as well. Bravo to the boys & everyone who works to make these videos and songs so incredible.
OMFG 😭😭 Thank you so much Spencer for this absolutely beautiful tribute 😭😭 Brandon would be proud. I am 💔 My favorite movie in the world! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Yeah He even played piano and guitar for this song which is kinda rare!
So I'm new to this band who is Brandon?
metal head dad Brandon Lee, son of Bruce Lee, who died in set of the movie The Crow at only 28 years old, and they based this song and video off of the greatest movie ever.
Oh ok somehow I should of known that since the crow is my favorite movie lol
Mine too. I even have Brandon Lee tattooed on me as Eric Draven.
The Crow was and still is my.most favorite movie... i am amazed that a band did a song for it nowadays... they did an amazing job and im brought to tears. Thank you 💕💕
my favorite movie and my favorite band, i am in love lmao (also the “rest in peace brandon” REALLY hit me)
Seeing this band in concert was an incredible experience. The dedcation of the fans coupled with the amazing set they put on was an unforgettable experience.
I've never really been a big fan of INK, but when I heard this song was a tribute to the crow( my all time favorite movie) I just had to check it out. Definitely not disappointed. Fucking loved it
I think I just found my new favorite band!
The overall talent this band has for theatrical play through is amazing!!These guys deserve every possible award. Anyone who had anything to do with the making of this gets an award
I love Spencer playing piano and guitar in this vid.
Just took it up a notch with this one. Also I wanna see Spencer shirtless more
Such a beautiful and hardcore song RIP brandon Lee
I can't stop listening to this song. I'm so hooked
This is like an amazing Marvel soundtrack Spider-Man or Deadpool movie or something period. I know it's a dedication to the crow but it sounds so new and fresh
The crow has always been one of my favorite movies. They created such a beautiful tribute to it 💖
I started listening to Ice Nine Killis about a year ago, my brother got me into them. Since then I've been listening to them so much. A Grave Mistake is one of my favorites. They are now one of my favorite bands!!!
They should base a song based off Phantom of the Opera.. Imagine how sick that video would be 😍😍
This band never puts out bad content. From being instrumentally brilliant to being so gifted Sound wise they hit all the marks.
I recently found this song on the radio and I fell in love with the chorus and the way he says "grave mistake"
Same
Spencer always says he's not an actor but honest to God, he could be. He could jump careers on a trice.
Wow. The Crow. Never expected to see it in a music video. Great movie and a great song.
I have given the silver screams far more views then I care to admit xD
I just started listening to this band mayby a month and a half ago or so and I can't stop im hooked I listen to them every day and this song is one of my favorites loved the movie the crow it was a great movie and this band just has an awsome way of paying homage to the movies that inspired the songs keep rocking and ill keep jamming out thx ice nine kills
4:05 song starts :) but better dont skip it ... its cool story :) get into it
This comment is pretty useful
How is this not the top comment?
Probably only music video I would watch over 4 minutes of just video for
Where has this band been all my life?! Love INK!!!!
I've just finished watching "The Crow" with Brendon and came here. I'm crying. It's perfect. So many details and attention to the film. Some scenes are literally like in the film. Thanks a lot 💔❤️🩹
I never knew such a heavy song could make me cry. Brandon Lee would be so proud.
"INK can do no wrong!" Said everyone.
And everyone spoke the truth in such matter
Hello!Nurd Yep, sounds about right!
Nice tribute at the end for Lee there.
Anyone else notice that the song playing in the background of the bar is "She's the Same" from the Pop Punk Ska Years album? Nice little easter egg.
I DIDNT’T BUT I JUST LOOKED BACK AND THAT MADE ME SO HAPPY
Holy shit that's awesome!!!
Yes, Spencer love pop punk
Yeah i heard that lol
6:30, that stick trick is the reason I've been playing drums for two years now. I don't listen to INK that much anymore, but dammit I'm still grateful and just had to revisit it lol
This the best song apart of the sliver scream album.
Is this based off the movie The Crow??? If so the portrays the movie so well. If the movie was to be remade I could see this being a part of the soundtrack.
It will, in 2019 there will be a remake of the movie
@@kir_vlsv this needs to be the soundtrack for it for sure
I really hope they add this song
@@kir_vlsv Nahhh they stopped the remake like a month or so ago
@@TheGamedude101 Oh really??? That's bad(
So amazing! I knew that they weren't going to dissapoint with the video. Can't wait for part 4!!😍🙌
Same here.
Part 4 probably a release on Halloween and based off of Micheal Meyers since this is kinda like that so far the doc is chasing his patient..... it will be amazing (this is all speculation no facts but only my guess)
The crow is the reason i finally found myself as a person and it means so much to me. While shower scene is my favorite INK song, this one holds a special place in my heart.
shower scene is also my favorite, and this song has something special that makes it my second one. It is so emotive
This band tells a beautiful story about life and depression!! Love you guys....
Only recently found this album, always love this band, but man they CRUSHED IT with this one.
No one:
Spencer:*leaning halfway into a car* Is that me?
I have no foken idea why this made me laugh so much LMAO
@@alyssar4986 me too lol
Myers should be next on the list, it would only make sense but I'm positive that he is luring the therapist into a SAW style game.
These songs are amazing, storyline is amazing, and seeing Spencer play guitar is so cool
R. I. P. Brandon Lee( so cool film and so epic clip. Thanks INK)
I am seeing all the comments from 3 years ago and I am JUST NOW discovering this band. Absolutely unbelievable and innovative band!!!
They did such a great job on this one all the way around. Video, music, and if you have ever seen the movie, the lyrics are spot on!🖤🤘
What movie? Sorry I’m slow.
@jeffhardy181371 6 years late and you probably figured it out by now but it's "The Crow"
I just can't stop loving this band
Holy shit he's playing guitar again
When has he before?
Never leave a drink unattended anywhere.
This has to be my favorite album ever. All the songs are to horror and thriller movies, its fucking awesome. This one is to the crow and fits like a glove
Shame this band is so underrated They are so creative with everything! It needs to be October already!
My favorite ice9kills song about my favorite movie. ❤️🔥
what movie?
@@DJStroblethe crow (i won't watch it) cuz its not october
Woah woah woah. Am I the only one who caught the “annabell lee” ? As in the poem by Edgar Allan Poe?
Every time I see/hear the word Annabelle in relation to music it always reminds me of Alesana and the emptiness album... which was inspired by Mr Poe
Yess! I wonder what that reference might be for
Nancy Rubí in the movie the crow Eric quotes Poe when he goes into the pawn shop. Just a guess on my part. I love that movie and this song is such a cool tribute to it. Nice RIP to Brandon Lee at the end. That was tragic.
Another possible Poe connection is the city shot used at 4:14 is Baltimore which is known as the birthplace for Edgar Allan Poe
Also, wasn't the doctor then found the same way Poe's dead body was supposedly found? Don't quote me but I remember when I learned about him in middle school I remember something about him lying a little too out of it outside a bar and being found by someone
Never leave your glass unattended. I went to the bathroom once and my drink got spiked. Realizing what happened after the unnatural sleepiness set in, tried to walk home, then passed out mid stride on the sidewalk in Wisconsin February. Luckily, the police found me before freezing to death.
Rest in peace Brandon Eric draven Lee great tribute
