Hi Junior, love your videos. We are considering moving there and would totally use you for our agent once we make our decision. Just out of curiosity, what area did you decide to live in? We are outdoorsy types as well. :-)

Hey, that sounds great. I live in Ooltewah but many other areas have things they offer that are great for outdoorsy people.

Where did you move from? Also, we are up near northern Idaho. While we love the winters and skiing the winters last too long. We also love biking and camping in the summers and swimming in our gorgeous pristine lakes. I worry about the bugs! Do people camp in summer? With humidity and bugs and all? That’s the only thing that worries me. We are Adventist with 4 kids and love the idea od having a k- university in town! But the outdoor lifestyle is what worries me…plus ticks…our son for I’ll from a tick in northwest Arkansas when we visited friends last summer.

Any suggestions what areas would be best within 20-40 minutes of Chattanooga to get some land for a homestead kind of arrangement?

I visited last year and i felt like going NE toward Cleveland was better than going west. But i was only in the area 2-3 days, and didn't see as many areas as i hoped.

Hey, yes around cleveland area would be a good option but it would be closer to the 30-40 min range. If your wanting to be 20-40 min from downtown chatt then thats your best bet but if your just looking to be around restaurants, shops, and things you can check out Dayton, Cleveland area, Ocoee, and many other areas, i have a rural video you can check out too. @@dustinabc

You said you moved to Chattanooga as a single person, I will also be moving there as a single person. So how did you meet your wife?
