Lisa, I say yes to the shoulder health tips please! Having an ample bosom and physical jobs in my younger years did not do me any favors . I also wanted to congratulate you on your cleanser. It has become my daughter and I’s favorite ❤️. My daughter’s sensitive and reactive skin won’t go without it! Luckily, I restocked her a few months ago. 😊
Yes please Lisa! I would love a video on shoulder and posture tips! I am unfortunately spending way too much time in front of the computer so will love to learn what has worked for you!
Lisa, I would love to see a video about your physical exercises for your shoulders! I've had hunched shoulders for YEARS and I'm always looking for tips!
Yes to a video on upper back exercises! As I’ve gotten older, I seem to be getting a weak, slightly hunch back😓. I would love to find ways to get my back stronger and opened up again. So good to see you and love seeing what you use!☺
I saw a guy doing exercises for the upper back. I'm in crutches full time, as I am an amputee. As you can imagine it does take its toll on the arms and back. There are also chiropractors who give good tips. Just type in what you require & I'm something will come up. Hope this helps. ❤
Thank you! I imagine the crutches do take a toll, and that chiropractors will hopefully help you as well! I’ve been searching upper back exercises online, and trying to remind myself to try to straighten up as much as I can with good posture. I have a disc issue in my neck, so that limits me a bit. I just need to get organized and prioritize my upper back exercises. @@EMMYK1916
Hi Lisa👋🏻 I am a hair specialist from Leonor Greyl and thank you so much for remembering me 😊 I’ve done your scalp and hair analysis, scalp detox and hair treatment at Harrods while ago. After the pandemic, I move to an independent salon in Notting Hill Gate. Great to see you taking care of your scalp and hair at home and I also use this heat cap at home 😁 I love them ❤
You know how much I love beauty facials and magazines too girlfriend and my makeup done pretty too girlfriend, and I love your beauty ideas and tutorials so much, hi, girlfriend 😍💕
i think a lot of people are becoming interested in hair care and i love that. i love how we often independently- but sort of collectively shift interests. to me it feels like we’re like “ok. we’re skincare experts now. so what’s next.” the internet is giving us access to so much information to learn and enjoy. idk i love it.
Welcome to the black community Lisa. We have been doing something very very similar to this with our hair for a 100 yrs. lol. You’re fantastic. …..I do most everything you say and am better for it! But..as a black girl I’m already there and have been here for years with this one. ❤
@@itsbrimeeks Fo sho. We have been doing this for years and years. Now .... Our lovely counter parts are going to pay all this money for something we have been doing in our kitchen since we landed on US soil. 😂. I love Lisa though. I have learned immensely from her technique. It's a beautiful product though.
My grandmother used to do this to us when we were little when we were at the Bay house on the water and if we had a rainy day she would like us all up and teach us hair skin nails treatments. I'm 63 so 50 or 55 years ago. No clue what concoction she was putting in our hair lol.
Hello Lisa. First thank you for the great customer service replacing Velvet Duchess when she broke. Also Dr Idriss is amazing. But CT sued her and now she has to change from Pillow Talk Derm to Dr Idriss. That was ugly of CT IMHO. Her Saturday morning Derm sessions while in her pajamas were wonderful.
I hesitate to write this because their is *nothing* wrong with aging, that being said-Wow, Lisa! I've watched your videos over the years and I swear you haven't aged at all! At home skincare is essential for maintaining a quality complexion as we age but if you've had any treatments at the doctor's office, please share if you feel comfortable to do so because whatever you may have done looks super natural and anytime someone's had work that's very natural looking, I always curious to hear what they've had done.
You should definitely receive a medal for being, possibly, the nicest person in the world. Such a kind, generous and positive personality. Re Podcasts, I enjoyed the Jinny Blom ones which were released at the end of last year - gardening but much more expansive than that; architecture and more mind expansive things
YES! Posture is SO important, particularly when you're on the wrong side of 60, because it doesn't matter how good your skin care routine is, if you've got "old lady posture" that just broadcasts your age.
What a lovely surprise and treat to see you back, especially on a cold and dark January evening! Happy New Year Lisa, wishing you every happiness this year ❤
I will say that your cleanser has really improved my skin by tenfold. The redness has really gone down and I feel less scared when my period approaches. Also, I am never over how gorgeous Ted looks. Like he looks sometimes more like a doll than a real cat!

I love the “Dressed” podcast, it’s hosted by two fashion historians. They have several seasons now but I recommend starting at season one because they cover many legendary couturiers like Worth and Poiret etc. As the seasons have progressed they have covered all sorts of fashion and history subjects and interviewed fascinating people 💋
I bet you’d like the podcast Noble Blood! The episodes are about the right length and have that historical storytelling style about them that makes them really easy to listen to. Edit: I also recommend Unobscured (Season 4 in particular, about Rasputin and the Romanovs) and You Must Remember This, which would be right up your alley!
Gosh yes please for the shoulder stretches. I’m breastfeeding and I’m sure the poor posture is causing lasting damage! I found the podcast ‘Freezing Time’ really insightful! Never considered doing it personally, but it made me feel informed and sympathetic to women’s experiences.
something specific i love about the cleanser that i haven’t heard anyone mention- the plastic container is different than most and it makes it really easy to get all the product out without waste. idk if it’s the rigidity or the surface of the material, but it’s something that i really appreciate…. usually. not so much when i thought i was clever cutting open my cleanser only to find that the tube was made to really efficiently dispense product because now i’m out and distraught.
Hi Lisa, my favourite podcast is Revisionist History by Malcolm Gladwell. "Every episode re-examines something from the past - an event, a person, an idea, even a song - and asks whether we got it right the first time. Because sometimes the past deserves a second chance." Each episode is 30-40 minutes long. I cannot wait to listen to Hot History - thanks for the recommendation!
I have been using the Celluma Pro on myself and recommending to clients and friends. I ❤ and see a big difference. I also use the “ aches and pain” setting on tight muscles, works really well. Listening to audio books is what I like to do or a lovely 30 minute meditation! Enjoy and be well!
Hi Lisa, Ive watched you from late teens and im now in my 30s and have 2 babies under 2. I’ve been reclaiming 15 minutes in the evenings for skincare and facial massage and it helps me look less tired 😂 I know you love a lactic acid mask by dermatologica and in Ireland a brand called Skingredients do a product called “AHA cleanse” which can also be used as a treatment mask with lactic acid as active ingredient. No affiliation with the brand but it’s a lovely product to check out. You have honestly educated me so much on make up, skincare and more importantly SPF in your time on TH-cam so thank you!!! I work in a chemistry laboratory and your technical knowledge on ingredients is astounding ❤
Lisa, I've seen Instagram advertisements for spatulas meant to scoop out cosmetics. They come in various lengths and they fit into small openings. I think that'll come in handy to scoop out Rahua.
Lisa! The timing of this video is uncanny, I’ve been practically drenching my hair in hair masques and avoiding heat styling as I’m trying to grow it out lol! Your hair looks absolutely amazing 🤩 Please do share your tips on dealing with posture issues as a makeup artist. I feel like it’s little discussed in the beauty community 😮 it’s so nice to see what new products you have been trying! Always a joy watching your videos ❤❤
I've almost gotten a Celluma several times! I use a similar product and it is truly the closest to a rosacea cure that I've ever experienced. It keeps the redness dampened and between this and nanocurrent, my skin texture is so much better. And yes, I'd absolutely watch something about how you've cared for your upper back! I have always suffered from upper back pain and tightness and really struggled to stretch it out effectively. Would adore a video on it!
I love you Lisa you are so beautiful inside and out, always inspiring. Elegant, down to earth and kind. You are absolutely ethereal, whatever you do is working!
Lisa, I have to thank you. Ever since using an eye cream product years ago which permanently damaged my skin, I have suffered with dry, flaky, sore and itchy eyelids. On receiving a sample of your cleanser with a lipstick I ordered, I tried it out, over my eyelids as well, Keeping my fingers crossed I wouldn’t get a reaction. Well, 7 days later, and my eyelids are still not dry, not flaky, and not itchy and I am astounded. When I run my finger across my lids, they’re smooth, not bumpy and dry. This is a game changer for me, as I have avoided eye make up for years; being a lover of makeup up this has been really awful. I am now waiting for your cleanser to come back into stock and I am going to order some eye make up from you too. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏
This was just fantastic!! I loved all of this info and already bought the hairbrush. I, too, struggle with my upper back and hunching. I would LOVE a video on your exercises to help with that!! Please!!
Hey Lisa, absolute fan of yours. As a curly hair girl and avid user of the natural silicone and sulphate free line up. Do make sure you are now regularly clarifying your hair and scalp for buildup of the natural oils and butters, this can lead to hair loss and protein overload. A regular sulphate shampoo 2x a month works well. ❤
Lovely catch and some great products to look into! But the best part was seeing Ted looking fabulous as always. Also made me laugh when your husband refused your gift request 😂
As a teacher, I also am hunching over and looking down at students' work. I swear by yoga to unwind that daily hunching over. And the roller is utter magic and physio ball to do back bends over. Brilliant!
Love you Lisa! I am 52 and deep in perimenopause and these hair treatments and skin treatments sound wonderful for me! Thanks much for the recommendations and wishing you a happy and healthy new year 🎉
Hairdresser here, I’d love that back/shoulder stretch video!! 23 year behind the chair and I definitely look like the hunchback of Notre Dame 🤣 Also, steam cap ordered🙌🏼 and I love Shereene too🙌🏼🙌🏼 Thanks Lisa!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I absolutely love Lisa’s cleanser. Just did a triple cleanse with it (make up removal, cleanser, massage treatment) and my skin feels incredibly clean and hydrated. Love it (and good to see Ted again- miss the Ted talks from lockdown videos!)
Always delighted to watch a video with Lisa and Ted! And I enjoyed the reviews!! My favorite history podcast is "Significant Others" by Liza Powel O’Brien (an American playwright and history enthusiast). Significant Others is about folks -- often women -- just beyond the spotlight of history. Each episode tells the story of a talented, difficult and little-known individual who altered the destiny of their better-known partner, child, sibling, or friend, and impacted the world they left behind.
Yes please do the video I’m back exercises because 30 years Of being a computer programmer and from playing the violin for about 15 years does not a good posture make
Lisa ive been wondering what you have been doing as your skin has been looking better and better, and im so glad you shared. I do know your cleanser which i love is probably also a big part of it.(editing to say you said this and i agree it is so amazing) I also wanted to say i love the honesty about feeling nervous to share but as you said you work hard, and you deserve it!!!! ❤
Yes to back exercises video, please Lisa! I'm also loving red light treatments - recently purchased The Light Salon mask and also the Current Body Lip Perfector and, of course, your cleanser is my absolute favourite for my second cleanse and treatment mask! Luckily, I've still got enough to tide me over until your restock! :)
I absolutely love this video! I'm always waiting for what you love using or find interesting. I've been buying your favourites every single year 10 years now and I've never seen a product that I didn't end up repurchasing as well. Also your favourites boost my mood every single time. I'm going to buy this fun expensive light thing. It's actually price per wear girl math, not that expensive. I appreciate it and enjoying this so much! I can't wait for a back/shoulders exercises and all the tips video. Your roses colors are so pretty. Your hair looks amazing! Love you so much 🥰🥰🥰🤗
no it’s better not to put anything at all . As even moisturisers can have ingredients that reflect the light away from the skin so you don’t get the benefits xx
We are hair twins and your hair looks so pretty and hydrated. I have the small panel in the Celluma. You go girl and treat yourself. I love being at home this time of year as well. Lots of Love and the happiest New Year to you! xo
Ahhhh TED! 🥹🤩 BEAUTIFUL boy, what an absolute treat at the end! Loved this video and yes purr-lease to the stretching video, I need the back tips 🤣 mine hates me! ❤️
Hello Lisa, definitely yesss for back and shoulders tips, it has become my main beauty concern over the years, not wrinkles not white hair. To me a beautiful posture is the essential for aging gracefully
I get my hair cut often so have very little damage, even though I have bleach highlights…but when my hair was long, I wrapped my head in Saran Wrap and would just aim a blow dryer all over my head for 15 minutes, while I read a book. Lately I’ve been loving Keratase hair products, especially their treatment oil and blow dry creams. The trick with oils on fine hair is to just use the tiniest amount, while the hair is still wet.
Oh Lisa, yes please on the exercises for shoulders and back. I have frozen shoulder right now and it kills me all day and all night. I’m doing PT and trying to work it out, but I’d sure love to know what you do!
i love the way it is so soothingly delight! It's like a chat with a friend, and I appreciate your genuine recommendations. Your skincare journey reminds me of the transformative discussions my life coach, Lisa Haisha, often shares during her insightful retreats here in the Philippines. The calming and empowering atmosphere she creates in those retreats seems to align with the tranquility and self-care vibes you bring to your content. please keep making this kind of videos xoxo!
I love my LED helmet. It is medical grade and it’s helped with hormonal hair loss. If you don’t mind Ira Glass’s voice I highly recommend This American Life podcast. The Moth is another great one, so is Radiolab and Fresh Air. These are all public radio shows popular in the US.
Hi lisa, you can use the celluma pro infrared light for pain relief (frozen shoulder and back). Celluma has three setting blue acne, red wrinkles (collagen), and infrared pain.
Before you try smashing the Rahua bottle, try tipping it upside down near-ish a radiator. This is how I get the last drops out of my lotion bottles. It softens the product (not enough to melt), and that lets the product migrate closer to the lid.
Thank you for these amazing recommendations. That “heat hat” is something I need. Long ago, I’m 65, weeks had portable hair dryers for curlers, and they were a similar contraption that filled with hot air and set your rollers at home. I used to use that in my teens with a mixture of olive oil and then rinse it out. It made my hair shiny and manageable since my hair is also thin and frizzy. I don’t know if the olive oil had long term benefits but in to moment it was really good. I stopped because it was far too messy. So thanks for introducing me to my new “heat hat”. Also I love your manicure, beautiful!
I've been using the treatment cleanser for a few months now and I have seen such an improvement in my skin. I can even skip moisturiser afterwards. I wouldn't use any other cleanser now. The cloths are equally amazing - I love the ritual of using them :)
100% percent for the posture video. I’ve always been a bit closed off and shy so hunching feels more safe but my posture has really suffered from it. Always trying to find the best way to fix it!
Turn your Rahua upside down in a glass and let gravity pull it down to the opening, then put it in a glass of hot water. It will melt the outside layer and you can get almost all out. I LOVE your cleanser too! Can't wait for it to be back in stock online so I can get a new tube!
I have tried lots of roller exercises, have you ever tried a longer roller laying on your back in a vertical position between your shoulder blades. Using an exercise band you open up your arms like a wide book, it really opens up your chest and shoulders. Your weight on the roller provides a slight alignment too.
Lisa, you look amazing, and YES we need exercise video, please! 🫶 Also, thank you for the LED mask recommendation, I am really looking into the Platinum therapy ones and gathering courage 😅 I wish you a brighter January and February, they seem so still, but they are also so calmingly quiet and space giving.🤍
YESSSS please with the exercises for posture. I’m desperate need. I stand hunched over a short table scooping material in a factory setting for 12 hours a day 3-6 days a week. Please please 🙏
My mother had a hair salon throughout the 70s snd 80s in Australia and I remember the metal 'steam dome' thing on wheels that was a staple in every salon in those days. At home, my mum would always wrap her head in cling wrap for 20min whenever she put a treatment on to achieve the same effect.
"Add to basket" on all your recommended products :D I looove your videos, have been a fan for a decade and I always appreciated that none of it is sponsored. Which resulted in amazing recommendations that actually work! Plus, I come to your videos for the comment section as well. You've created such a warm, inspiring and helping community! YES---please do a video on the back and posture. I've had frozen shoulder also and have issues with my neck ongoing. Would also love more info on red light therapy...but maybe I need to look at your older videos.
Your cleanser has been saving my skin! I got a facial done and they made my skin so sensitive. I came home and immediately put your cleanser on. Left it for good 2 hours and my skin was renewed. ❤
Yes yes yes! Any video on how to straighten your back is more than welcome ❤ I love the idea of hibernation and pampering until the sun comes out again. In case it helps: there are many tiny spatulas on Amazon with a very long handle and even a spoon shape at the top to scoop out product for cosmetics and cooking purposes. They are very helpful, specially for glass jars 😊
Yes please Lisa, would love the back and shoulder video! I have a dowagers hump (due to weight gain and bad posture) I’m on my weight loss journey but want to address the posture too. PS, don’t break the glass of your mask! (Don’t want little shards in there) maybe sit it in very hot water and decant it elsewere or use something to scoop it out if the heat doesn’t move it. Love you! 💛
If Lisa tells me something is working for her, I'm going to buy it. I've been a fan for 10 years now and you have never led me astray :)

Do you mind sharing what the similar product is? I have rosacea too
I love you Lisa you are so beautiful inside and out, always inspiring. Elegant, down to earth and kind. You are absolutely ethereal, whatever you do is working!
Also just the most sweet thing you bought your own cleanser!
I really can't be without it now..! xx
My mom had the heated treatment caps in the late ‘60’s with a treatment from Wella called Kolestral. It worked!
Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏
I'm so happy the cleanser has helped, thank you for sharing ❤ xxx
Brilliant!
So pleased you’ve found something that works for you! Xx
Love you Lisa! I am 52 and deep in perimenopause and these hair treatments and skin treatments sound wonderful for me! Thanks much for the recommendations and wishing you a happy and healthy new year 🎉
Happy new year! do let me know what you think if you try them x
Hairdresser here, I’d love that back/shoulder stretch video!! 23 year behind the chair and I definitely look like the hunchback of Notre Dame 🤣
Also, steam cap ordered🙌🏼 and I love Shereene too🙌🏼🙌🏼
Thanks Lisa!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
😘😘😘
KEEP BEING AMAZING LISA 💝
I absolutely love Lisa’s cleanser. Just did a triple cleanse with it (make up removal, cleanser, massage treatment) and my skin feels incredibly clean and hydrated. Love it (and good to see Ted again- miss the Ted talks from lockdown videos!)
I'm so happy you're loving it 🥰 hopefully we will get a new Ted talk soon... xxx
Would love a video on your exercises for your upper back
I'll have to get to work 😘
Hi Lisa the best way to get the product Rahua out of the bpttle is to put it in hot boiling water and then when it's thinned out pour it in a jar xx
Thank you! So glad you enjoyed. That sounds fantastic ❤️ xxx
I'm so happy you love the cleanser, and thank you so much for your kind words xx
Love you so much 🥰🥰🥰🤗
Thank you so much for watching, I'm so happy you've loved all my favourites too 🥰❤ xx
Yes, please share video on straightening back.
Happy New Year Lisa and everyone ❤
Happy New Year! x
I’ve been using Celluma on face & body professionally for years! It’s my absolute favorite! ❤
So happy you're loving it too ✨✨
Hi Lisa, Happy New Year. I would like to see a video about your favorite posture exercises.
Happy new year, I'll have to get to work on another video 😘
@@LisaEldridge great! Can't wait 😘
Your hair looks shinier than before, it’s definitely working 😊
Yes please to the video on exercises for the back ❤
Lisa, Do you use some product when using the led mask or your bare face?, thank you allways
no it’s better not to put anything at all . As even moisturisers can have ingredients that reflect the light away from the skin so you don’t get the benefits xx
@@LisaEldridge thank you so much
We are hair twins and your hair looks so pretty and hydrated. I have the small panel in the Celluma. You go girl and treat yourself. I love being at home this time of year as well. Lots of Love and the happiest New Year to you! xo
Hope you're loving it too! Lots of love xxx
Yes, I'd love a full video on shoulder/back exercises!
Ahhhh TED! 🥹🤩 BEAUTIFUL boy, what an absolute treat at the end! Loved this video and yes purr-lease to the stretching video, I need the back tips 🤣 mine hates me! ❤️
We were graced with a Ted visit 😸 thank you for watching, glad you enjoyed xxx
Hello Lisa, definitely yesss for back and shoulders tips, it has become my main beauty concern over the years, not wrinkles not white hair. To me a beautiful posture is the essential for aging gracefully
Can u make video about your favorite perfumes please
I get my hair cut often so have very little damage, even though I have bleach highlights…but when my hair was long, I wrapped my head in Saran Wrap and would just aim a blow dryer all over my head for 15 minutes, while I read a book. Lately I’ve been loving Keratase hair products, especially their treatment oil and blow dry creams. The trick with oils on fine hair is to just use the tiniest amount, while the hair is still wet.
Would love a video for shoulder exercises, I sit at a desk and always have issues.
Yes to shoulder/exercise video, please. I had NEVER heard of frozen shoulder before... until having to deal with it. Curious to learn your journey.
Lisa, yes, please! A full video on how to get shoulders and back to a straight position.
I am so delighted that your cleanser will be available again soon. Thank you for letting us know. And yes, your hair looks lovely. It is noticeable..
Hi lisa, you can use the celluma pro infrared light for pain relief (frozen shoulder and back). Celluma has three setting blue acne, red wrinkles (collagen), and infrared pain.
Yes, please!!! Tips for straightening shoulders/back! Of course!! We're waiting......
Before you try smashing the Rahua bottle, try tipping it upside down near-ish a radiator. This is how I get the last drops out of my lotion bottles. It softens the product (not enough to melt), and that lets the product migrate closer to the lid.
Me too! we're in good company 😍
This is so amazing to hear, I’m thrilled you’re loving it 😍
100% percent for the posture video.
I'll have to give it a go, thank you! x
Yes, please. I would love to see a video on shoulder and upper back exercises.
Yes, please provide a video on back straightening exercise/tips. I've been a needlepoint designer for gazillion years and I hunch over too.
Yes please to straightening shoulders video!!
Yes, please do a video on shoulder and back straighting excercises ❤
I would love a demonstration of the back roller please!
YESSSS please with the exercises for posture. I’m desperate need. I stand hunched over a short table scooping material in a factory setting for 12 hours a day 3-6 days a week. Please please 🙏
Long time hairdresser❤ would love to see your routine for back care. Love your style, thanks for all your tips!!
Love this 💘💘
"Add to basket" on all your recommended products :D I looove your videos, have been a fan for a decade and I always appreciated that none of it is sponsored. Which resulted in amazing recommendations that actually work! Plus, I come to your videos for the comment section as well. You've created such a warm, inspiring and helping community! Wrote down several products and podcasts from the comments as well! Thank you for always being you and sharing all of this with us!
That's so wonderful to hear, I'm so grateful to you all. We have an amazing community 😘❤ xx
Ted!!!! So good to see him again! Yes to the shoulder and back health video! I love these videos on the things you really love and use at home.
Oh, and forgot to add: The History of Rome is an EXCELLENT podcast!
So glad you enjoyed! Brilliant thank you xxx
YES---please do a video on the back and posture. I've had frozen shoulder also and have issues with my neck ongoing. Would also love more info on red light therapy...but maybe I need to look at your older videos.
the red light therapy is really interesting, let me know what you think xxx
Your cleanser has been saving my skin! I got a facial done and they made my skin so sensitive. I came home and immediately put your cleanser on. Left it for good 2 hours and my skin was renewed. ❤
So sorry to hear about your facial, I'm thrilled you love the cleanser ❤
@@LisaEldridge thank you so much Lisa❤️ hope you are well❤️
Yes yes yes!
Love you! 💛
Oooooh you also need The Back Stretcher! A wooden rounded rack to lie on, really really works against hunched shoukddrs, I’ve had one for 25 years.
