- I have been driving with UBER for the past 3.5 years in Washington DC metro area. After doing it for long I realized I needed to find a way to make work more interesting and give riders an awesome experience when it comes to ride sharing. I do not own the rights to the music played in this video. Hope you enjoy this video !!!!!!.

Not much to be honest. Most of the stuff I had already so the only challenge was to find a way to make it all work seamlessly. I did all of it myself so didn’t spend on labor either

Fantastic Job Sunil. I drive in San Diego & was thinking of incorporating some similar ideas. If possible, without getting into your business..may I get a ballpark figure of Tips I can make per 50 hours weekly? Or a better question would be (how much more % of Tips I can make per week)?

The quality of the image would depend on the resolution your infotainment system supports
@@retiredrebel you can actually install them on the retractable sliding of the moon roof but I would suggest don't do it. Eventually they might get mess up the mechanism if they have to get caught up in the tracts

How did you make your ceiling?
Ok so as you can see this car has been living in my head free of charge for days now, I was so blown away by it. I think it's because I couldn't understand dit but now I have come to my thoughts and am finally able to let it go. I now know what it looks like and can move on. To me, it looks like someone's Etsy or Aliexpress store needed a demo car so they just fitted everything and to heck with the need or functionality of it. Yep I will even settle for eBay store throw up. I drive Uber/Lyft Black as well as private Limo work and as you can tell. Am still struggling to understand why anyone would want to get into your mobile Aliexpress store. I do see clearly that you are trying to provide superb services and amenities for you customers but I think you lost your way a little. Ok praise god, I can now move on and put this behind me as a nightmare that startled me in the night.

😊😊 thank you for the encouraging words my friend. Things get too monotonous with this kind of a gig so I figured a way to make it interesting for me and the riders but it did make a huge difference in my earnings in a good way.

What roof case is that for the iPad
It’s just a regular ceiling mount 15 inch screen. I used the outer casing to fit it iPad in so it’s flush with the roof when needed 😊

Well riders are the same all around. Just a few amenities and positive vibes definitely go a long way.
Where’d you purchase the iPad ceiling mount? The screens for the PlayStation and the mics for karaoke?
The iPad mount is actually a dvd screen top mount. I used the outer casing to fit the iPad in so that way the third row can see the lyrics to the karaoke clearly

Really cool setup but how is that legal. As a former deputy, that would without question, "Distracted Driving". Most MATURE adults wouldn't care about all that. They just want to get from point A to point B. I've been with Uber & Lyft since 2015. All I provide is a phone charger, a SMALL bottle of water and 60's on 6 on XM Radio. I've. never had anyone ask to change it even when I ask. My tips and ratings are very good. Just say'n.
The fun part about the whole set up is to see it ….you have to be inside my vehicle. The lights are not strong enough to be visible from outside through the tinted windows. Also most of the times the ones that lead a good tip is a group of 4 or more people who enjoy the ambiance and amenities as a group .
Damn. How long are your rides? In the time it takes to explain everything you'll be at your destination.
Well an average 20 minute ride is enough to enjoy most of the amenities. Mostly people use the massage pads and karaoke but if it’s a long enough ride then definitely the PlayStation comes in handy.
Where did you get the led’s under the seat as well as the metallic mats ?
Both on Amazon.
Sorry I provide transportation from point A to point B. Not a entertainment venue.

@@jeremyluke8022 Actually Uber now introduced a feature that lets you favorite a driver so you can get your driver every time if you schedule rides ahead during their shifts, or simply more likely to get them even if you don't schedule ahead.
How much u making on tips ?
Around $500 a week pre covid. I haven't driven during the pandemic though .
@@sunilfernandes0515 driving in Vegas during the pandemic was the best because more than half the drivers quit for what ever reason Unemplyment was the big one I made a killing average 300$ per day and my car is a 07 Prius with nothing added I would only hope all that would help but let’s face it people just want to get around very cool idea though I love it
@@jeremyluke8022 $300 is what I would make on a Monday pre COVID , but now that things have started getting back to normal I’m starting to see my earnings get back to pre pandemic levels

Its an IPad Pro . I used an after market screen shell to fit the iPad in and then mounted it on the ceiling of the vehicle.

I brought an aftermarket ceiling mount DVD and then used the frame to fix the IPad into it

I average much better than before the setup. I’d say if I do 25 rides a day, 12 to 15 riders would tip.
You work 6 months for free to set up all those this , you get 3$ for 5 mile bro save money one day you car jakar will come and take all those make car as simple as possible keep clean nice good smelling thats it .

Luckily I haven’t had anything try to steal anything, but I’m sure to be vigilant when I’m picking up and dropping off.

This is definitely overkill for UBER as most passengers just get in the car and sit quietly in the back. Plus most already have an idea of what they would tip, and while tips seem better it's probably what they would have tipped a driver who simply got them from Point A to Point B in a good time and was polite with a clean car. All these extras are cool, so I imagine once in a blue moon someone will appreciate it enough to give you more money. This may make more sense for Uber Luxury level with a nicer car.
BUT you may get more rides now that Uber has introduced a new system where you can FAVORITE drivers so that you can get the same driver again, but also choose the driver if you schedule a ride ahead of time during one of their shifts. So you could get return customers and build a client base that tips well if you're lucky. Just having a HONDA isn't the best car to "deck out" in my opinion... but very cool anyway.

If I have all this installed and u don’t tip, I’m calling Uber and telling them I was sexually harassed. I wouldn’t even do all this bullshit for my family let alone some asshole that wants to order an Uber share to go 5 min away

I have fun driving Uber. Great conversations and I get to see new places. Having this set up would just make it even more fun! You have to enjoy your job! I want to come down to DC just to ride in your Uber!
Ride share can get too monotonous at times and I was just looking to make things more interesting and also work on a way to enhance my earnings, the setup has really done wonders in both regards

You hardly can see the lights from outside the vehicle. I have place them in such a way that they don’t impede my driving too.

@@BLUNTGAMINGCHANNEL the screens can be found on Amazon but you would need a HDMI splitter to mirror on both screens . If you vehicle has a 110 outlet you can plug the PlayStation directly into that or you may have to use a 12 volt cigarette outlet plug and play inverter which can be found on Amazon too

Most of the stuff I did myself so I didn’t spend a ton in labor, and most of the amenities were stuff I had already, I just figured a way to add them to the car

I would suggest you go with a PA system with 2 wireless microphones and hook up an iPad or a tablet to you car stereo via Bluetooth. Hisin pa system is the one I used because of the size of the speaker itself and the vocal quality of the PA system is amazing

No it doesn’t, All I make sure is use most of the stuff whilst the car is running so the alternator charges the battery appropriately.

It’s so fun when someone is celebrating a special day and call for an Uber to go to an event or restaurant and I pull up. That definitely makes their day even more special
Give it a year and then show us an update of all the damage passengers did to your vehicle! ...trust me they will!!
And that's why I don't provide all that extra for a freakin' UberX and basic Lyft. I won't even provide chargers because most riders don't care to use them anyway. If they want extra, they should pay extra.

Well most of the stuff is detachable if I need to trade in or sell the car except the headliner. But to be honest my earnings have definitely been better with all the stuff I added to the car

It's a Lazer light which works on 12 volts. Available on Amazon for around $30

@@retiredrebel those are called the starlit ceiling kit. It's available on Amazon for around $250. I used 2 sets as my car's headliner is large.
