RIP! My brother…. You are missed in our giving community!
I Love this so much I can't wait to work on it. I love that right hand technique. Thank you Dave RIP 🙏🏿🙏🏿 you're amazing 👏🏿👏🏿
That style of Rhythm has change me to wanting to learn guitar.
Exactly what I’m looking for, brilliant
Hi, thank you for your lesson,
I was captivated by the funky licks, and during the quarantine I'm trying to learn
this amazing rhythm. Greeting from Buenos Aires.
I love this song so much. Thank you!
You're welcome
Thanks for showing how to play it RIGHT, for there are many who VERY MISTAKENLY think it is much simpler but they are DEAD WRONG !
THANK YOU!! That was an amazing lesson. Precisely what I needed.
Glad it was helpful!
Best cover i saw
Very cool can't wait to do
Thanks. Very much appreciated.
Chords sounds great 👍
Very good 👍
Thank you 👍
Thanks Dave. Precise as always but funky as ever!
Cheers!
Very well done bro, really. I want some guitarist exactly like you man...!!!
I didn't know you had this one. Welcome surprised. Great leason as usual.stay safe my friend.
Thanks Roy! All safe and well here thanks.
GREAT LESSON!
Love this video. Can never go wrong with some chunky Nile Rogers.
By the way, you must have your amp set extra bright because you're real sparkly bright on the neck pickup.
Thanks. Treble is around 6, middle at 5 and bass at around 3-4. I used a Fender twin amp model on the Helix which tends to be a bright sounding amp.
@@DavePriceGuitarist Awesome work Sir!
Cheers!
Hi Dave, Nice production ... easy to follow. I love learning Chic songs even if on a Yamaha acoustic guitar (shows my age).
Glad you enjoyed it
Always great I really don't understand why TH-cam doesn't push these videos out.
Push out videos?
@@mindcontrol67 yeah TH-cam decides what videos you see or dont
@@mraggrovator So your saying there are videos on you tube I cant see. Like they are blocked from my channel.
@@mindcontrol67 No not blocked but they might never be suggested to watch by TH-cam and when you search for a particular type of video it might way down on the search list.
Excelente!
Thanks Dave!
I need a tele or strat. Nice lesson.
Nice lesson . Where would disco be without m7ths & 9ths ? ( Bar 4 is missing the F in the tab btw) .
Dave you are awesome, but I am struggling with the last licks at the end of the video, can you help me with what exactly your doing? Please
Very nice lesson! What is the best method to scratch the notes?
My friend. When I get some extra funds to request a lesson from you, I will contact you and make it possible. Heads ups, the artist is Etta James. Soon my friend.
Cheers Roy, look forward to it.
biggest problem with 16th note strumming: not at all the rhythm, but the pick slipping. Please is anyone has advice! I've been trying to perfect this for so long already
A common problem. Using a pick with some grip like the Dunlop Tortex range can help. Sometimes I lick my fingers if they go dry and slippery.
