- A short waltz I made using just a piano vst. It was fun to mess around with some piano compositions I really like how this turned out (Its best to listen with headphones :) I apologize for the late post as I got a little busy this week. I might add more instruments to this another time but other than that I hope you enjoy!

@@Chihaya.1 I play piano too but I don't know what do do to make music complete other than adding arpieggos ;-;
@@GemHavenMusics I focus on inner voicings to make my music complete. Instead of thinking of music in chords, I think of each note of a chord just being a different voice that can have its own melody.
@@Chihaya.1 Ohh maybe I should try that when I have the chance :0 It's sort of what I do when layering melodies, so implementing it onto one instrument probably won't be that hard

I think if you get spitfire labs, and a cello onto it with some calm and generally quiet repetition you could make it even better than it already is but what do I know I never worked on those types of projects haha
I love spitfire labs! Back then I was thinking about adding some strings but my mixing wasn’t the best

Ooh I can hear that you're using Noire!! Nice! I use that one all the time too. :) Did you write this at the piano, improvise this, or write this at the computer? If I had to guess it's probably a combination, cause I can see that it's hand-played with all the different velocities and subtle human timing. Seems unplayable at around 0:31, though, but I might be wrong since I'm not actually trying this out but purely looking at the total span (way too big for my hands) and the stretch of the notes... Could probably work as a quatre-mains piece.
I love the harmony and the ending by the way. It really fits the 'fleeting waltz' theme.
Thank you, i appreciate it! When I wrote this, I didn’t have a midi and so I tried making it as human like as possible from my computer and there are some parts that are not possible to play.
Maybe a dumb question but do you place notes by hand or do you record yourself actually playing?
Not a dumb question at all! For this piece I placed all the notes by hand since I didn’t have a midi to actually record the notes. Now, I do a mix of recording and placing them
