I’ve never had a good routine. And it’s overwhelming me now. And one of my kids has Autism and has been struggling. So we are planning to downsize our home and our possessions and get a routine going that we can all follow. I suffer from severe anxiety so I think this is the answer for us. Your checklist has inspired me to work on one for our family. I have two kids and an angel baby. My kids are 18(Autism so is more like an 8 year old) and 21(very immature for his age and also suffers from anxiety). Maybe a routine will be something that really helps all of us. I didn’t even know I should have a routine because I didn’t grow up with one. I grew up in chaos. So I guess I’m still learning.
