@@u2o950 Just stay focused, success will come, if you don't lose your strong mentality..
I am strong because i have been weak..
I am fearless because i have been afraid..
I am wise because i have been foolish..
      Stay healty..
Never rush for something. Because if you rush, you eventually realize that the rush cost you..
Just be patient. I went through it all, in a different way. That is why I can rightly advise someone. Just in a different way ..

Thanks for this looks good. You've said on another video how shoulder strength is key for long distance. Does this workout cover that too? I swim regularly 2km and rotator cuff area isn't good so want to stabilise my shoulders and scap.

Have you ever tested Bioelectrical impedance analysis?
The videos are great and getting better and better..
If you tested, can you do a little on that topic .. Body weight, minerals, bones weight in your body, and everything that includes impedance..
I think it would be very interesting..
    Thanks..

I have done that and other measurements. What about them would you like to know more about? Their accuracy? How they relate to swimming? How useful they are?

    • @aleksandarberaneodjovovica7474
      @aleksandarberaneodjovovica7474 3 ปีที่แล้ว

@@SkillsNT I was intrigued, I got the results, they are currently at the doctor's, I'm waiting for him to take a picture and send me to see for myself .. By the way, I'm 1.96cm tall without shoes in the morning (6 foot 5 11/64) .. The doctor says that my weight bones several times larger than average .. It is exactly 44.5kg (98.1057067 pounds (lbs)) .. Which is abnormal. Dad, who is 175cm tall, mom 175, I have crossed the genetic potential, I am 19 years old. A 46-year-old dad can only lift my whole body with his forearms. Also, I can lift him too, with my forearms. I weight 99kg. He always tells me it's because of the bone structure. So I would be interested in whether weight affects swimming in all aspects and how much ..
      Thanks..
      I appreciate your answer..
