@@WorldRandomVideos Sorry you feel that way but for the price, it's pretty good. You only need it when there's an issue. In the beginning, you might want to play with it a bit more but after some time it ends up just being there for when it's needed. It's very simple to use. Plug it in and it turns on and off when you start or turn off your car. Not sure what you are hoping for. It will serve the purpose when the time comes and for you, I hope it doesn't. As for 32 gigs. why do you need larger. It's just for capturing and accident or incident. Plenty of room for that. In the end, it's to each their own. If you want something much better then you will pay the price for much better. The price for this can be very reasonable. I saw it for $28 Can. I ordered 3 more for that price.

One more tip that i utilize for small instruction manuals, i photograph with my cell phone then i use my fingers to enlarge the page and screen shot when large to hold the size or just enlarge to read and release. That simple. 👍

The secondary rear-view camera will slide out of its mount to the main unit, and is completely detachable from the main/forward/read camera body. The factory likely just installed it upside down when packing it. It's as simple as removing the secondary camera, turning it over, and re-adjusting the swiveling correctly.

@src9691...Did you remove any of the six screws (2 on camera-4 on attachment arm) to make the adjustment? Seems to me the four screws on attachment arm is the fix. Then flipping the cam over, then drill a new hole on attachment arm for the camera cable.

I bought the same camera and the camera on the side that is filming upside-down...just detach it and a slide it in the slot in reverse and both images will be vertical the normal view. Simple fix

@Bonner901...I flipped mine (rear camera) around but the rear and front facing cameras are not flush and the cable is facing upwards. Is this the fix you are talking about and with the cable facing upwards? Did you take a screw driver to the thing and completely dismantle it?

I got one, but when i take the SD card to the PC to try to see the videos recorded, nothing appers. The SD card is full, but i cant see any files on the SD card. Any1 has the same problem?
Try the following troubleshooting step by step
1- change SD card adapter if you use one try to change it some adapters are bad
2- change SD card some of them are either corrupted or bad
3- format SD card to default settings then try it, if doesn't work format SD card within camera settings.
4- try to use SD card with any other camera or other device to record a video or photo or try it with smartphone, then check it if you be able to play videos then the problem is the camera is not recoding or defected, I hope this will help you figure out, thank you and all the best 👍 😀 😊

When the screen is facing you, the swiveling camera will be on the right. And that swiveling camera is for the rear view.

I just got this camera as a gift. Right off the bat I had a hard time sliding the upper swivel attachment unto the front camera unit as this video shows it is a tight fit and I was cringing trying to make it fit. Thanks to this video, that is done. Now on to the rearview camera upside down picture fiasco. It is on the instruction sheet. It says to contact the manufacturer for more details🥴. I have not plugged my unit in yet so I do not know if my rearview camera picture is upside down. In the meantime the rearview camera can be installed halfway in by flipping it around with the rearview camera wire facing upwards as a temporary solution. I hope that helps.

@@WorldRandomVideos...Yes! the four tiny screws on the attaching arm. Not the two on the camera itself is what I am seeing for now. May have to make a new hole for the camera cable since it is being flipped around. Or open up the camera itself and flip IT around. I just don't know yet till I get there. In the meantime I am reading what others are doing to correct this factory mistake. Thanks!

the side cam will be upside down if you face it the same way as the main camera. It should be fine out the back. If it's still upside down I would check in the settings. I have bought a few of these for me and others and they were all fine. So I can't say for sure if there's something in the settings. I've seen this complaint more than once. The screen is large enough for what it's meant for. You don't need to see it when you're driving. It's just for replay so you can show the cop that it wasn't your fault. If that's the case. It can also work against you. Think before showing someone an accident. You might be the one in the wrong.

@@WorldRandomVideos I guess it depends on what the purpose of the camera is for. I got mine to prove in the case of an accident and it wasn't my fault. The cop will look at it, as for your phone... you can get a card reader to put stuff from the Cam card onto a phone, tablet, or computer for better viewing. I know it's extra steps but for the price of this camera, you can't expect the best. For what we pay for it I think it's fine. I have a better cam in my car that does what you say. I can view on my phone. However, I have to have wifi to do this. The camera cost over $100. The view screen is about the same size, maybe a wee bit smaller, as for the back cam, it's not that good looking from the front to the rear. You won't probably see anything that clear. It will pick up the fact if someone hits you and the cam will jiggle on impact and that's what the cop will pick up on. You got hit. On the other hand, if it's your fault it might show that as well. Something to consider. At that point you might want to remove the cam and hope nobody saw you remove it. This is somewhat what my card reader looks like. Not quite the same. I don't have all the leads coming off of it. Just a micro "C" jack.

Yes, every time car turns on the camera turns on also, when the is off or camera is not connected to the car outlet 12v USB the camera will stay on for few seconds or 1-4 minute then turns off because camera battery doesn't last long,

Hello my friend, I have tried to spin the back camera It works but the camera holder not on right place where supposed to be placed, let's say this can be fixed, the video format is another problem not support smartphone which aac , camera video is avi, another software or app must be use to format the video and photo in order to see them, and the worst thing is the screen displays very small and so hard to see or change settings and it's not even touch screen.

@@WorldRandomVideos The reverse mount spins thru 360 degrees. turn the mount 180 degrees so the reverse is facing the same as the main camera then swivel the reverse back. Now your image should be inverted to the correct view.

Camera is good. You keepit up side down. This red label should be stick to front window not do dash.
This is not the only issue I have upside-down with this dash cam there are few other have same problem, it's not the camera upside-down it's the video upside-down even if I flip the camera still video upside-down, thank you and all the best.

Hello my dear friend, yes a good working camera this model is supposed to record in both cams front and rear, but mine it was recording both cam fine and one day it rear cam doesn't record while front cam recording, because it's bad cheap manufacturer so it doesn't last long and camera starts getting some issues and problems, I also heard from many users they have similar issue or other problems with this type of camera, thank you and all the best 👍 😊

I bought one. Even with the loop option selected (1 minute), after some days it keep saying SD card is full. It does not overwrite old archives like supposed to do. I have to format the SD manually everytime.

Yes, the Red tiger has wifi but these ones don't. I got mine from Temu. Right now they are going for around $28. Can. I'm not sure they are exactly the same as the one you have but it sure looks the same. I liked it so much I ordered 3 more for a few other people. I installed one in a friend's car and it is always plugged in and turned on and off with her car. I plan to put one in my Chevy Tracker. (my hunting vehicle). I will do the same. Just plug it in and it can run when the vehicle runs. The one in my SUV I got a computer plugin adaptor. This way I leave the power supply free. I was hoping that doing this it would let me have the "detect motion" when it's sleeping but it didn't. As for upside down, that's a good question. You are saying when it points to the rear, it's upside down? I'm looking at the one I have for the Tracker and it's fine. I notice you can almost flip it all the way over but it won't go all the way. It looks just like mine with that blue light on the bottom left. Strange. Might want to send that one back or contact the seller and ask if there's a way to fix that. I'll keep playing at my end and see if I can figure this out for you.

I have never seen a man more inept than this in my life! The secondary camera is for the interior of the car, the menu is extremely simple and the display size justifies its use for road events, not for watching movies or football!

I'd rather give this dash cam away to one of those peeping toms that go around recording up females skirts at train stations because it seems the upside down camera was made specifically for them. Unfortunately i bought the same camera and still sitting in the box wondering will i bother sticking it in the car. I have the same problem with upside down back camera. I should have spent more on a dash cam .
If you can return and buy better dash cam that will be OK, if not at least you can still use the front camera, what about the video and photo format do you have same problem which has different formats not supporting with smartphone and you need to download video format software in order to view and see the videos, this is another problem that's why this dash cam is not worth to buy, thank you and all the best

@lfcz1127 SD card it's storage media micro SD card you need to insert in your camera without it the camera can't record videos,
If you want to play videos you need to remove micro SD card from your camera and invert it in laptop or PC to Play the videos or photos

Unfortunately there's no app can support this type of camera, so you need to use laptop or PC to transfer the files from camera to PC then to phone, to play the video or photo you can use VLC player app it's free download from app store or Google Play
To cure the upside down rear view, rotate the rearview camera to point the same way as the front camera, then rotate (swivel) it laterally 180 degrees! The connecting cable goes either above or below the front lens, depending on which way you rotate it! Simple!

Hello my friend, if the rear camera is not working it could be one of the following steps :
1- check the camera settings menu if still not working go to step 2
2- check the connector wire and connector jack maybe is damaged or has cut you may need to dissemble the back camera to to check the wire
3- if the wire and connector jack are ok then the problem is the camera is either damaged or not working or factory defects, thank you and all the best 🙏
Hello! You put the rear view camera in backwards! While looking at your screen, place the rear camera into the slot right of the viewing lens with blue dot on it, to the upper right than push it into the slot.

Yesterday camera was on I realised night time when I was driving came stock one screen day time not switching off and I removed power still same screen night time I removed power and then morning time i have seen camera was off and i put power and on and off now but manu not working key sign showing what’s going on i don’t
Here are some tips may help to solve the problem
1- try to connect your cam to pv or laptop USB this method can recharge battery or updating cam or files transferring. Or delete it files and so on
2- if you have any important files videos or photos save them on PC or external storage, then format it everything and try it
If still not working then I think your Cam has serious issues inside electrical components problem,
Those type of cams are bad have severals factory defects and issues.

Hello my friend, it seems the power on mode auto on or off are turned off, so go to camera settings menu and look for auto power check it if the auto power on is off turn it on or check box to turn it on, that will solve the issue, if the auto power already turn on and the camera still not turning on when car is starting that is most likely the camera has factory defects, or probably issue with power on, thank you and all the best 👍

Hello my friend, try the following steps to solve this issue
1- make sure the card is 32 GB or less thank 33gb Because the camera can't support more than 32 GB
2- go to settings menu and try to format the SD card or remove it and incert back
3- if still not working try to incert a different SD card because sometimes SD card comes with camera are detected and not working, hopefully that will help you to solve the problem, thank you and all the best 🙏
Thank you for sharing. I however had no issues with the Camara I purchased. Right out of the box everything was ready to install in my vehicle. The instructions did mention if the picture was upside down. It gave a solution. Again, I haven't physically installed it in my vehicle but I've already purchased another one for my wife's Nissan.

UK instructions are so minute I had to scan and expand to read them, but setting the clock has eluded me. It just says you must set the clock. I can set data and time, but there is no up down to get at the time

Slide side camera in to other way round I had that issue but I just put camera on wrong now my image is bot right way it's not actually a bad product if your on a budget once you get used to the menu it's good hope you have sorted the camera

Well, sorry... I couldn't find any way to correct the upside-down issue. I think I'd return it or contact them. See if they can tell you how to fix it or if you should return it. These are the risks of buying something on the cheaper side. For the most part, I haven't had many problems with what I buy online, but every now and then I do get the odd thing that you say to yourself... really? That's just how it is with online shopping. Buyer Beware. Some sites like Temu, when you find something you really want or like just add it to the cart and keep looking. Many times we find the same thing further along and it cost less. As in these dash cams. The first one I bought was $41 Still a good price but once I received it and liked it I went back to order for a few other people and found it for $28. WTF. So I ordered theirs and another for myself. Why not... it's only money... Right? lol

@@WorldRandomVideos One thing I found with Temu is if an order goes missing. They gave me the option for a full refund or a reorder. I wanted some of the stuff for an Alaskan cruise so I said reorder. 56 items at $370. They shipped out another order. I ended up getting the first one a couple of days later from a lady whom said it ended up at the wrong address. I contacted Temu and told them this and said to cancel the reorder. They said it already shipped and to keep the extra stuff and use it as gifts. I called back thinking, this can't be right. I can return it. The second person said no. Just keep it. LOL. OK. Great service. We have returned some items without a hitch.

How to set up the date, when I press the left and right scroll it went only to other menu, how to move it to the date
Use the settings go to date and time and left or right buttons to change it, if your cam can't move up or down or left to right then this is factory defect, thank you and all the best 🙏

Can it still record when the car is off?
Hello my friend, I don't think this camera has battery so if the main power cable is disconnected when the car is off the camera will turn off as soon as you turn key on on position and the cigarette lighter 12v outlet is on the camera will turn on,
Some good dash cameras have back up battery, this on doesn't, I will also double check to make sure and I will upload a video soon for more details

You're holding it upside down. Remember it's supposed to mount to a windshield, the opposite way you are holding it.
During the video I flipped it few times but still video upsidedown, it's factory defect, some cam have same problem too, some people suggested to remove Mount the cam to other side, this may fix the issue, thank you and all the best 🙏

On the menu , it says it only support up to 32GB ... I don't know how much you paid for it but I got my Camera for 1.89 cent . also I got 256GB and 4 GB and night vision for the total of 16.75 ..You paid too much , second you need to adjust the back up camera it on menu , if you could see your own video you can see it clearly .

I got this Black Box Traffic Recorder (model S6) camera for almost nothing on Temu (daughter had a code) and I'm still not sure I want to use it. Here are my reasons. A- it only has a 3M adhesive mount. I've looked online and this brand (Black Box) is so unknown that it's not even listed for universal mounts, suction cup mounts, etc. (My goal was to switch between both SUV and motorcycle windshields.) B- the location of the ports is prohibitive. Only has a cigarette lighter cord- I would need to purchase a 90-degree usb mini cord for my bike. C- I couldn't even find additional 3M mounts online if I decided to use existing mounts between vehicles. D- Mine didn't come with an SD card, so again, additional cost for a 32gb card. E- the controls, buttons etc are microscopic in size. Not easy or intuitive for use. The average consumer will hope to "set it and forget it."
In summary, if you're looking for a dash cam to use in a car permanently, you could get away with this for low cost, if you're willing to deal with the controls. Otherwise, keep looking and get something with better design. I think I'll spend some money and find something better.
Hello my dear friend, thank you so much for your wonderful comment and Valverde information 😊 , yes you are absolutely right those type if dash cameras type block box they are several brands and designs some of them don't support wifi, SD card more than 32 gb, rear camera doesn't work at same time with front camera, play back videos and photos are not supported with smartphones you need to download vlc player to play videos, and more issues, besides cigarettes Lights power and mount attachments bad designs etc,
I bought Aukey from Amazon for $170 rear and front dash and I have been ise it for few years never have any problems it works excellent, there are other brands around $80 or less are much better quality and easy to use too, thank you again and all the best 👍 🙏

For anyone wondering the unit is chargeable, unplug from the smoke lighter in the car and turn it back on and the menu should pop up when you hold it down

You can reset it 2 ways
1- from the camera menu settings select individual videos or photos or select all or format,
2- remove the SD card from camera and insert into your laptop or desktop open the folder SD and you can save files or delete everything or format it, thank you and all the best 🙏

Hello my dear friend, yes it should work as well , some cars don't have lighter socket they have USB outlets, most Outlet Voltage USB are standard which is 5 volts should work with all USB devices included dash cameras and smartphone etc, the cigarette lighter socket all are standard but they are 12 v outlet, so when you insert cigarette lighter male will convert and transfer 12 v to 5 V to any device is connected work with 5 v, so you can just connect your camera to USB directly it should work fine, thank you and all the best 👍

Anyone know how to delete locked videos
In your PC try to use free software it's called unlocker, it has option to delete locked videos of any files
How can it be connected to the phone?
This cam can't be connected to smartphone so to transfer files to smartphone I did it this way
1- connect cam to pc or laptop using USB or you can remove SD card and connect it to USB ports or SD card port. Then you can access all files videos and photos transfer or copy them to laptop a folder then you can transfer them to smartphone
2 - I use app or software (send anywhere ) free fast easy to use
You can download it and use google play or download it for windows
3 - smartphone can't play photos or videos from this camera so you need app can support type of formats its call VLC it also free available app and windows.

Even with vlc app on my desktop, it only plays 5 minutes. And the file is 1.3gig in size. How can i reduce the file size? It also over write other files. So if the sd card is full, it over write older files. Any sugeztions?

I did it manually, I removed the SD card from the camera and insert it into my laptop i used vlc player to open the the video and photo then I transfer video and photo to my phone using anytime website, here are links [Send Anywhere]
