I am freelance writer.
Trying to learn more about contracts and invoices.
I have a question related to contract signing.
I mean how your clients sign your contract.
If you send them a pdf contract.
How they sign that.
And also if send a contract on email body.
How they sign that.
And also tell how your clients let you know that they have signed the contract.
My next question is on how you diliver your clients project.
You save as a PDF. And then you send the PDF to clients. They copy it and paste it on there website.
Or you share Google docs as an attachment to the client on email.
And change the setting of that file from viewer to editor.
AHHHH SO CLOSE! I've been looking for an all-encompassing template that I can use as a reference to improve my team's notion. so many templates are fine, but only bring a piece of the equation, which is practically worthless on its own. putting everything together is the hard part. I've been building a notion system for my team and after tons of thought settled on exactly the structure used in the last template.
two big things that are missing though - the first, as you pointed out, it's missing all the considerations for other team members, which is a bit more complex than you alluded to. secondly, and the most important in my opinion is team/client meeting recordings, which is actually the most vital component in terms of hierarchy, as it drives everything else from day to day. if you have your system set up to automate the delegation of tasks via the help of ai, it will save sooo much time.
Yeah its not perfect, but it helps our agency a lot of sops, and just keeping track of everything! What have you found that can replace it?

Hey Arnau, really appreciate this helpful content. I have had a hard time "getting" this part of Notion. I was wondering if you would be able to answer this question. Say I add the contracting proposal template to my workspace. Are you then duplicating the template and then editing it every time you have a new proposal? I am so confused and I know I have to be missing something haha
well, if you have a database you can create a "default" template everytime you have a new client. That way its as simple as hitting "new" and going from there. But if you don't have a database then yeah it would be duplicating the page
Notion should really work on clickable buttons & images. Indify widget has clickable button but I did not find any free alternative for clickable image. (By clickable, i meant embeded link on button or image).
And as for the video, your videos are great as always. 🎉

No, sorry! But if you check the notion templates store theres lots of free and cheaper templates that do 80% of what this one does
