    Hi Cheryl! Great approach, I am happy to see such an organized people, as you! can you also advise the way how you share databases with clients inside your portal(project)? Because, when I do this - they will either see all of my other clients and tasks or they will not see any project tasks on their page whatsoever..

    This is amazing. How do you handle proposals and contracts? Is this a form you have outside of Notion that you store a completed copy of on Notion once signed? Thank you in advance!

    love this! can i ask though how do you stay on top of payment plans and do you have a way that this project checklist part maybe links to your admin to-do list to know when to email or followup on anything or when a payment is due

    Hey Cheryl---this is excellent and valuable infomation. Do you have any clients who are hesitant about using the portal? And if so, are those the folks who don't become clients? ;) Thank you for what you do!

      That's a great question! I always give my clients a heads up that we will be using Notion as our client portal on the discovery call. Typically my potential clients are really open to it BUT I do have to say that most of my client projects are project based and not retainer. So they know this is a temporary setup that they have to use only while they have active projects with me.

    Hello!! I love your work and would love to implement this template at my org. However, I’m wondering if you (or anyone else reading this) has issues with client use of notion? For example, are there onboarding needs for someone who’s never used notion before?

    Thank you for sharing - this is very helpful! I have one question though - why did you do the client portal with a page and not by creating a teamspace?

    • @MadeonSundays
      @MadeonSundays  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Do you mean to create a different teamspace per client? If so, this could work for some businesses if you continuously work with just a hand full of clients for a long period of time. For my business though, all my clients are project-based and projects typically only last for about a month long. That would mean I would have A LOT of teamspaces on my navigation, and even projects I've completed still continously showup on my navigation.

    I love this idea of having everything all in one space, including the client portal. However, do you find it time-consuming to have to manually input client data each time rather than say using an automation for client details like a regular CRM would offer direct from your website?

    • @MadeonSundays
      @MadeonSundays  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s a great question. I personally only work with 2 design clients max per month so everything I offer is quite high touch and personal. It doesn’t bother me that it’s not automated because of this but I’m sure it’s possible to create a Zap if needed!

    I think you would love the Second Brain model by Tiago Forte!

    • @hfortenberry
      @hfortenberry 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It seems pretty clear that she loves Notion and her system there. 🙂

    • @justjacquelyn_2128
      @justjacquelyn_2128 หลายเดือนก่อน

      She is using the Second Brain Model as well as the PARA method from Tiago... She just turned it into her own personalized system that fits her life and her brand. How do I know this? I know this because I read his books and know how he designed those systems and by looking at her content, she is doing just that. Whether she is aware of it or not, she has her system solid and it's attracting clients. Great recommendation though.

    Thanks for the great information. I must say the music in the background was very distracting. I wanted to be able to just completely focus on learning what you had to say. Thanks though
