This is so cool seeing this video. Zach was our salesman and boy did they do an amazing job. I will say as a fellow salesman, something that really impressed me was how great he was at asking important questions, educating, and not coming off as a pushy sales guy. He implemented a great negative agreement strategy. I honestly thought he was the owner of the company which is something that happens with rock-star sales guys. This guy just came off incredibly genuine. Whats great is the fact he showed up during the install to check on everything and even followed up. I don't know if your content helped him or not, but I can attest to you this guy truly has that rock-star sales mentality without the "car sales" aura. Man, That new storm feeling must be nice! We’re sitting here in a moderate to severe drought where their hasn’t been a legit storm with hail In a year. And what strategy did this guy do to sign 25 people in a day? Is that with no inspection and no claim called in?
Hello Justin!! Those started as contingency agreements but since contracted 99% of those. With the 2-3 inch hail most inspections didn’t require more then getting a pic from ladder. Then I met with all there adjusters and contracted them. However both of these storms I worked 17-18 hour days for weeks with no days off. So my results aren’t common, but anyone willing to work as hard as me with this content could have done it. The old storm damage is harder and not as explosive, but still usually can find some opportunities. Just have to be willing to get more NO’s prior to getting a YES. Many people immediately get houses roofed, and most roofers eventually roll on. I was finding people who never filled claims, others who had paperwork but waiting long as they could. So don’t give up in the old areas brother! In the battle pack I was using old storm damage letter and door hanger. On letters just know you have to send a lot just to get 1 response. So don’t get discouraged. Then I always use the SLAP method when I finally get opportunity to speak with a homeowner.
