Zac White it’s not as easy as that. I was in a crash in VW not long ago. My airbags went off around 3-5 seconds after impact however there was no case for lawsuit as there wasn’t any actual fault for the delay
Airbags would have made the crash worse and he would be injured.
Airbags are incredibly complicated, car designers do their best to have them trigger under the right circumstances, Having an airpbag deploy in a crash that doesn't require it can cause significant injury, or even kill you. An airbag deploys in around 25ms, (a bit over 300km/h) which can snap your neck, if you crash doesn't warrant airbag deployment
on that note, tanner, good you okay, but driving too quick for the conditions mate.. it could have been much worse.
