Yeah it was cut out to both hinder ToK tensioning and to accommodate the extra pin on the key. (Sometimes I notch the bottom too 😜 to make BoK a pain) Double plus plus is a reference to the novel 1984. Nicely picked 👍👍👍. And picked tired 👍 And yeah, the construction holes are filled with something similar to J.B. weld. It’s actually a cheaper single part epoxy that will knock you out with the fumes.
