So if we encounter an American we'd usually say they have a Boston, New York or southern accent. Or with the Brits we'd say a London or scouse accent and so on. Well the less ignorant, cultured of us usually would. But yes a scrote Dublin accent would be dialect of Ireland, well spotted.
