Ya see english speaking countries usually make distinctions in accents. Let me give you an example to make it easier for ya. So if we encounter an American we'd usually say they have a Boston, New York or southern accent. Or with the Brits we'd say a London or scouse accent and so on. Well the less ignorant, cultured of us usually would. But yes a scrote Dublin accent would be dialect of Ireland, well spotted.
