Man, I have forgotten how short this game was. I had and loved Teenager Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist for my Genesis. All the other 2d beat em' up turtle games are at least twice the lengthy of yhid one.
Some time this year in 2022 Konami is pretty much going to release EVERY Ninja Turtles games from the 1987 to before 2000 games. So that's the original Ninja Turtles NES game the 1991 Arcade game all versions of that one all 3 versions of Hyper Stone Heist and every version of the Ninja Turtles Tournament fighter game all in 1 collection for 13 games in total this year on the PS4/PS5/Switch/Steam since their also including nearly every game boy/game boy color TMNT games in that collection as well.
I personally love the Hyperstone intro over the Turtles in Time counterpart
Colors do pop better, perhaps a sound mod could also be done, like Street Fighter II on the Genesis, to help clean up the speech in this game.
That intro with Shredder is Baddass to this day!! The nostalgia of the 90s💯👊🏽

This was a lazy ass job by Konami they should've made a better TMNT game using the TIT engine than what they gave us here
Sunset Riders is getting the Arcade treatment by Pyron, and Taigosc. We can hope "TMNT Hyper Stone Heist" gets one too!
