Brilliant! This is the best explanation I've seen and thanks for showing how to get over out of square corners. I'm starting a new build site soon and haven't done this before so was a bit worried until I watched your tutorial 👏🙏
This is an amazing video!I've been let down twice by fitters to do this, so I'm doing it myself exact cuts to this vid so thrilled i found it. Thank you so much 😊x

To mark out your male cut you could have laid the F cut on top, marked out on the top and transferred to the underside.
@@gavincollins9376 Every time you are transferring a mark it could be less accurate. This way is quicker.
Brilliant 👏 thank you so much. Now I can do it
No problem, good luck with your project.

I'm fitting my own kitten and trying to keep the old one usable because i cant get the time off to do it in one go.it's not easy.
Yes ,
Not very easy to do it with in stages and keep part of it in place
I’m southern so I would have appreciated it if you would have slowed down a bit.
Stupid question, how does the router bit not cut the jig?
The router has a guide bush. The guide bush runs on the jig . So the router bit is about 8mm away from the jig .
