      No probs buddy. It's all going to seem overwhelming at first, but when you land your first client, it'll be a feeling like no other!

      what's your offer and what does your ideal client look like?

      @@OttoFrederick Fredrick as i have no clients, I am planning on doing Pay Per Close (Pool construction niche) I only get paid when they close a deal, wrapping it up like "Mr. i promise you atleast one contract in 30 days, if not don't pay"
      I will be providing ads as an service, to get them more leads
      As i am new to this i don't have much idea, but i know to use fb, google ads and ghl
      I am thinking of figuring out after closing a client
      My ideal client is someone, who is making more than $6000+, good with closing deals
      But now i am willing to close anyone putting aside their circumstances, because i am desperate.

      if you're desperate, you need to prioritise cashflow. Working for free and getting paid when the client closes means cash generation is almost completely out of your control. You need to do some research & find an industry/vertical/client base that makes grossly more than $6k/month. Then reverse engineer what solutions solve those types of client's most pressing problems.

    Do you think the printing apparel, waste disposal, and charity niche are all viable niches?

      @@OttoFrederick I was going to chose my market first then decide on a service based on the problems the market has. Is that a good strategy? I can already do web design and am solid at ads.

    • @OttoFrederick

      you need to do some in depth thinking about who you actually want; do you want to be paid upfront? retainers? How much client contact do you want? want employees? or just you? and most importantly how much money do you want to make? Then think about what your ideal client actually looks like; big company? 50 employees? 5 employees? brand? corporate? etc etc - the niches will start to reveal themselves. Didn't see 'charity' above - avoid.

    Do you still run a B&R agency?

    • @OttoFrederick
      @OttoFrederick  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes. Our ecom email agency is fully B&R (practically 90-95% automated/systemised at this point).

      For a beginner. How much should I charge for the package and how much for retainer? Like are there 3 things i could ask for or look for, to know how much the client could afford to pay me?

      I'm dropping a vid in a couple of hours that'll help. And one on Wednesday 4pm UK time that'll show you exactly what I did (and do to this day) to charge $6-12k upfront with retainers on the backend 👍
