- In this video we walk around the suburb of Eden Hill in Perth, Western Australia.
Eden Hill is a small suburb that rarely gets mentioned. It is an older suburb that is located close to everything. It is a relaxed, leafy suburb with friendly locals.
As there were no houses for sale when we filmed this video, we can only assume the locals love it here and don't want to move.

Big blocks of land close to the city, when construction industry stabilises and the developers come back that area would be one getting targeted. Probably good place to buy right next to it for long term gains would be Lockridge
