- My husband and I took an impromptu trip to a horse auction 3.5 hours away from us in Ohio. That’s where I met the most beautiful Friesian horse. We connected instantly and I was dreaming about him all day long. Join us to watch the amazing experience we had meeting some other amazing horses, and my dream horse….did I get him??? Ive only been watching since Ezzies birth, so i decideded to go all the way back to the beginning. You are a very inspirational person. Im 45 and changing gears in my career and sometimes its overwhelming. I live to watch your vids and feel calm watching you interact with your horses. @paulakaiser7138 I've noticed that too. We used to travel all over North America showing dogs. We had 2 small children that always went with us. I could have NEVER achieved my dream without all of his unconditional support and behind the scenes hours of work. This poor man seems to be treated like labor.
Would you say this if she was a man about his wife? No… they are married part of his role is to support her and it’s great he does but doesn’t mean she has to be like omggggg 🎉🎉🎉 to her husband for holding up his end 🤷♀️ I’m sure she does behind closed doors
I'm uncertain what you mean by "incorporating femininity" in that statement. The horse world shouldn't be dictated by masculine or feminine it should be dictated by understanding and being able to care for a horses needs.
It's two years since you posted this, but as a newer viewer (a few months before Esmerelda's birth), and I love that I can come to your channel and know that you'll share your genuine kindness and warmth with the rest of us. There's joy, nervousness, sadness, happiness, and more. All of you (humans & horses) inspire me to be kind and warm to those I meet throughout the day. This would be MY dream horse for me also. Ever since I was a very little girl I alway wanted a black horse a FRIESIAN. SO GORGEOUS, ELEGANT, MAJESTIC & REGAL. THE MANE & TAIL FREE FLOWING IN THE WIND & running free in the pasutre. He is all of the above, I love go to the auctions with you, your excitement & oh so honest personality make it so much fun & holding my breathe. Just love your Zest for life & pure love for your horses & all your pets. You are so very special, bright, a great head on your shoulders. I’m so happy that you were able to have gotten Jafar, he is so beautiful and majestic looking. You are a very special woman, I hope your hubby sees this as well. Your hubby must like horses too, otherwise he would have been against it. God bless him and for his support with you.
I wasn’t able to get my dream horse, the one I would have had a chance died up in the mountains, refusing to follow the herd back to the warm barn area, it was over 20 below zero then. But also, he gave up living after being abused and was very depressed….he needed someone like me for attention and most of all LOVE, which he wasn’t getting from anyone. It is the love that binds our relationships, which helps and keeps us together, and gives us a reason to continue living. I still miss him and a mare (that a relative sold), for this very reason to this day. They were my first and favorite horses I loved the most, I connected with them in ways I never thought possible, and they listened whenever I spoke to them…I was a teenager then, now I’m 74.…I will always remember them….😥. May you have many more happy years together as only one can know what it is like to be close to your horse, and may your hubby always remember and enjoy the journey together with you. I had just recently found out that this horse was almost extinct at one time. They had like two stallions left.
These horses are absolutely beautiful in the dressage ring.

I one time owned a beautiful quarter horse name Sernora.
He was 3 when I got him .
He was three bars and King Leo bloodline.
I had to sale him because of I had fiance trouble and I was a single Mom and I had son that had to have 2 hip surgeries because of birth defects when he was born.
So I hated it but I had to sale him.
I hated now that I sold to who I dad because of what I heard about how he treated my precious Senera.😂

You do a great job, but I am uncomfortable with your theory that only the healthiest, kindest and most beautiful hoses deserve a second chance. It is my opinion that ALL of the animals deserve the best care and love, regardless of their current state of health or appearance.

Its been a few years since this was originally posted but i was watching some of your videos and i seriously think youre so amazing and so well educated horse wise form what i can tell..pointing out different things many people probably wouldnt notice in your auction videos and just being able to have such a special bond with each horse you own and its just truly heartwarming to see.
