I’ll tell you, if I had the painting skills, that WOULD BE the kind of auditing I’d do. Just pull up to the public area of some company or government office, haul out a stand, paints, a chair and my canvas and take several hours, if not days, and the painting would be “my video”!! 😂 (and yes, I’d still have cameras and body cams going too). Those places and cops (especially in the US) that try their best to “rush” auditors along once they realize they can’t do anything to them… they would be my target “audience” for sure. When they ask “how much longer will you be do you think?”… I’d show them a canvas with the most basic of outline on it, and then say “oh I should likely be finished by Friday I hope, maybe Monday!! Just past the North Gate, public footpath crosses near the north corner and continues across the road to the river. Across the marsh drain is a separate segment looping the Ridham Dock property DJ showed previous. Steve was great gentleman, cordial, informative and professional. Great video 👍⭐⭐⭐
What a difference between these guys and CountryStyle just a mile up the road. Foreign accent, Sunglasses wearing gate guard (Im 100% right - turns out to be 100% wrong) was a bit of a dic*, but the rest were all superb - special shout out to Steve! Great interaction. What a difference a mile makes!
The fibreglass type insulation you mentioned DJ is known as rock mineral wool which is produced in a similar way to fibreglass, by heating volcanic rocks at high temperatures and then spinning the melted rocks into fine fibres. (The process looks like a big candy-floss machine - except that candy-floss is made by melting sugar at much lower temperatures.) These fibres are then compressed into various forms such as rolls, batts, or boards.
The lack of common courtesy and ignorance displayed by people who are paid to know better is astonishing to me on all these videos. Your calm but firm approach is a lesson in good manners that I hope makes an impact. Well done.
Shout out to Steve what a guy very professional he saved this company big time as for the staff at the other gate how stupid do they come across they. let the company down big time you are so Lucky to have Steve he's very informed a credit to the company well done Steve you deserve a rise.

My God, can you imagine all that monitoring kit being used down at the other site, the top of the filter would be choked up, flashing red, alarms going off, evacuate the area, stay inside and close all your windows and kiss your A55 goodbye, in seconds ! ! !
Hi DJ - I’m in Grimsby and you would get great footage from our very own and ver deserted Grimsby docks - youngs seafood have a massive factory there… an iconic 70’s tower office block with penthouse and helipad.. lots of grade 3 listed old fish buildings and mainly deserted docks.. it’d be very interesting.. there’s some keystone cop (ABP) security who control vehicle entry but most of it is public footpath. You would get a days filming there.. not forgetting the once busy/ now rundown Freeman St around the corner . Baron Sacha Cohen filmed “ Grimsby” there!🐟⚓️
Sound guy. I think he honestly knew the law and would treat anyone right. The people reporting to him sounded paniced so he didn't know what to expect when he left that cabin! The lady sound too, and shows how conscientious they are (unlike the business down the road).
Brilliant Steve very knowledgeable, I liked him he needs a promotion he would keep every body up to date with real life he’s the🌟 of the show. Well done DG enjoyed this one.

Looks like bags of plaster were the other finished product. The huge long section at the back of the site would be where the boards run along the conveyor and the gypsum slurry in between the paper layers gets dried out. That woodchip yard at the dock need to build some great big enclosed buildings like Knauf to keep their processes enclosed and safe and hidden from prying eyes !
Steve was friendly and professional. He didn't know anything about drone laws but didn't act like a tyrant and impose his authority over a member of the public going about their lawful business. He basically saved the company from a PR disaster.
Shout out to Steve! Saved the company from a hell of a lot of negative reviews & attention. I hope his employers realise the scope that these videos get & the fact that he saved them from looking extremely silly and unprofessional. Probably deserves some sort of financial reward for his diligence, if it was left to the baffoons at the gate then this company would have gotten absolutely destroyed on google reviews. Imagine telling a member of the public that they 100% can’t do something which they are absolutely 100% allowed to do - whilst being in a public area. You’re not a police officer mate, and take those aviators off. You look like a fucking helmet.
What software do you use to stitch your 360 photos together for google. I have the same drone but yours have so much more detail its amazing. love your work
Their plasterboard is normally cut to 2.4m x 1.2m for internal boarding. It's screwed to stud walls or stuck to block walls (the white bags at the end). Plasterboard comes on different colours. White for normal use. Green for set areas. Red for extra flame retardance and blue for acoustic reduction. It also comes in various thicknesses, 9.0/12.5 normal/15mm. That's more than eKNAUF from me 😉
@DJAUDITS - with respects, you have an uncanny ability to ask questions on the spot and get actually interesting details about some of these companies. This is visible when you have nice chaps to speak to like the manager Steve in this video. It would be a very valuable (imho) switch from the "audit" (so called educative, more exposing behaviours I guess) videos to actually informative videos about companies (which may require a bit more planning of course). I don't know how valuable it would be for your business model and investments, but it would definitely become something that, I, as a single viewer, would enjoy. I just thought I would take a bit of time to write my thoughts. Thank you for your entertainment anyways ;-)
Plasterboard does burn to some extent, unless it is pink colour plaster board. The pink board is fire rated, blue board is extra dense for sound insulation, and green board is water resistant. Grey board is the normal cheapest board but as I said, it is not fire resistant.
I'm glad Steve pulled that back ,sittingbourne so far has been a grump fest 😂 least there are some people round here that are cheery and know what they are on about . why wouldn't they be interested and want to check for a real security threat. He had every right to do that, just as the auditor had every right to ignore him if he wanted. Fortunately they both used common sense and a pleasant interaction was had.
@jtsotherone because they are security for inside their compound not outside in public. They can't just walk up to someone outside of where they work and demand this or that. Ask who you are. Tell you what to do.
@@chrisknott1121 "They can't just walk up to someone outside of where they work and demand this or that", of course they can, what law prevents this? It can be totally ignored of course, but they are free to ask, and I wouldn't judge them for making enquiries.

Gypsum is mined in Sussex at a village called Mountfield. I have been in it & it is huge. Bigger underground than the mine is above ground from memory. Very tight security.
