My question is , can I DO something about being knock kneed ? The very first arthritis doc I had , told me that is why my knees were bad. But nobody else ever mentioned it or if it is fixable or at least can I strengthen supporting muscles for it.. I know my quads and hamstrings are weak and tight. probably everything below the knee as well.

You guys are so good.
I love the fact you are organizing the videos. You are great.
The hip series still says "coming soon" on the website. No links at all.
LMAO
Waiting for the hip series. Very important for me.
have all those symptoms. But I also suffer from High grade 2 spondylolethesis. Had left knee replaced 5 years ago, and rt one needs replacement as well, Im a mess due to a slip and fall back in 2010. constant pain.
I have been floored forever trying to figure out what was wrong with me and your description in this video sounds closer than anything else have so far I can’t go up and downstairs I can’t even lift my foot an inch or so off the floor I’m very weak I cannot get up and down out of a chair without help I’m only in my mid-50s. Some better pain so I figure maybe sciatica is involved also. I hope I can figure out how to get well so thank you for your videos.
Your videos are awesome, loaded with info,, but unfortunately your volume was too low and hard to hear even turned all the way up
When my daughter was small I would hold her on my hip while standing and waiting in line for long periods of time and now my right knee is so painful and my knee has a tracking issue. Never thought about the hip being the issue. I need to strengthen them.
The hip series does not appear to be posted. It says “coming soon”. Looking forward to it. Thank you Bob &Brad.
Same here. The hip videos are not up.
Yes.The hip videos are not available yet.
😭 really need it
It's posted; I'm seeing it right now in the sidebar as I write this.
@@jb6712 they must've taken it back down. I says "Coming soon" again today. 😥
I really what to be like as cool as u guys when I get old.....
I need not one but two hip replacements, my right hip went first, it's not the hip but the pelvic bone that is very painful so I can't do any exercises. I don't want to have hip replacements as I have heard a lot of cons about them, my one friend had her replacement rip out of the bone, another two people walk with canes, something they didn't do before the replacement and another friend has to walk with a cane now because she loses her balance all the time.
Love you guys. Give me tons of motivation!
You have made my life better! Thank you!
I love you guys. I save and keep watching your videos
Thank you so much for the videos

My hips and pelvis have always been weak. I also cannot get back up if I squat near the ground. I've always had knock knees too, with flat feet. I'm a mess🤣

Thank you for all you do!
So helpful thank you.
You guys are actually the most famous physiotherapists on the internet 😊
I have all of these symptoms
I just want you both to know what a positive impact your videos have had in my life. If nothing else, it’s given me the tools to address a few issues I’ve had with posture, back pain and balance. Many thanks frm NYC 🙏🏽💖😊
Bob & Brad, this is a good video. Do you know when your hip series will be available on your website? Thanks for your helpful videos.
I haven't watched in awhile...I like your new format that starts off with your lesson. I will be watching more now!
The car bucket seat is causing a lot of pain for me, specially while driving, is there any thing available to avoid the bucket seat position in the car.
I put a dining room cushion in drivers seat, works well for me.
I started having sciatica pain after posterior hip replacement. Your videos have made quite a difference, but now I find I’m a little off balance. I guess it was from favoring the leg on the side the sciatica is. Any suggestions as to exercises to gain my balance.
Thank you very much!
Thank you so much
Love you guys for posting this your awesome wish your office was close so could get consult
You are guys are great! Thanks for all the information you provide :)
Thank you.
I love you guys!
I love these two.
I have piriformis syndrome and for years have been trying to strengthen my hip muscles to no avail. Is there any hope for me? 😢
They have more videos and also try keto. Go to Dr.Burg on TH-cam
😂 The skeleton! 🤣 Thanks B&B. Bought your muscle massage gun this week from your UK store on Amazon. Thanks for making them available over here and saving me hours of trawling reviews trying to find the right one. My hubby is a c3/4 incomplete tetraplegic with spasticity and high muscle tone and this has really helped relax off some muscles in his hands/arms/pecs/shoulders. Wish we had had it years ago. Hoping it will help with my sciatica too. I have got weak hips from long covid (inactivity) and stomach ulcers (leaning forward and to one side for months). I can’t bend down without keeping my one leg straight for support. I’m 43! Slim. Maybe it’s menopause. But my hips kick out occasionally recently like you have shown. I Defo need to do some work on that. Thank you so much from me and my husband!
Glad we could help and happy to hear you like the massage gun!
Should I stretch my weak hip flexor and then strengthen it?
You guys are awesome 👏
Bob & Brad I have a question: I have been knock kneed all my life ; as far as I know, was born with the tendency. I'm a senior now with RA and OA ; I don't have hip pain but every other pain, especially my knees ( one in particular that is horrendous and swells daily ) My rheumatologist drains it now and then and I am on tons of intense meds include chemo for it all.
The hip pain series is not available? Hopefully will be up soon? Please advise.
THANK YOU!
