My family includes my wife and 2 children (3 years old and 1 year old) and myself are Australian, We live in Sydney. I worked full-time as a Group Operation Manager for 3 restaurants located in Sydney. We would like to learn more about immigrating into US. My mother in law is a US Permanent resident who lived in US for over 3 years. Hope you could shed some lights on how to immigrate into US. Thanks a lot,

Hi, I am a RN in Oztriya. Do I need to do the NCLEX and any other entry requirements to get to the USA. Also, do you assist with employment services. It can be frustrating since all Western work experience should be recognised. USA should not make it difficult with the NCLEX. I can come there on a bridging visa and if I am able to demonstrate my skill upto levels of the USA, then that's it. I should be given a licence to apply for a job. Not sure. Can you let me know what is happening. Do, you provide full services from applying for a Visa to Employment, plus initial settlement and assistance?

I would take that in a heartbeat. Australia is shown as such a great country to the rest of the world and especially America. Whilst some great things exist about this country, the lack of freedoms and intense government oversight gives credence to the 'police' and 'nanny' state label many citizens give it here. Some of the laws regarding cyber security make it closer politically to China than to the USA.
