Actually, that Bus is a mod, and it replaces a smaller vehicle, so the HitBox of the vehicle gets increades and produces lots of bugs.
Also when a parked vehicle is replaced for that bus, if you touch it, it tend to xplode haha
That mod its not perfect cause causes a lots of bugs, but thats the only way to have buses in the game.

I hear it's the most effective way to show path tracing at the moment, or at least "realistic graphics". Probably something to do with contrast or some other big brain concept I haven't bothered to learn

I wouldn't call this photorealistic, but the tone of the LUT is definitely more true to life than the original. As a tech demo, I thought the original LUT of the game was great for showing off contrast and colors in OLED's, but I thought it was a bit overblown. I feel if this LUT toned down the highlights a bit too much though and took away just a touch too much contrast. If these were fixed, it would fee more photorealistic.
The Gray sky is awesome, it gives the contamination feeling that wasn't on the actual game, in my opinion

The bus at 1:10 has its wheel under the ground. Coordinate is off. Quite pretty but at times it looks a little washed out, maybe some logarithmic HDR

You can't record 5 minutes of footage without a very obvious in-your-face bug randomly happening.
My computer literally can't even play an 8K video...
We were all just born too early. someday maybe 10-15 years from now via a way better VR we will be able to step inside and exist in multiple VR worlds that look even better than this and pretty much do anything and escape our actual reality for periods of time.
So much Ray tracing was used it wasn't enough for a player character reflection.

his videos are either all fake or he uses dlss ultra performance. obviously a 4090 doesn't do 60fps at 8k maxed out. not even at 4k maxed out. far from it.
Shadows in that game literally not existing xD NPC cast only reflections on ground, even in internal lighting hahaha

How can you run the game in 8k so smoothly? I have the same components, even a slightly better motherboard and CPU, and in 2k it seems to not exceed 80/90 fps with all its settings on ultra+

Idk I'm not that impressed, the graphics are slightly better, but the people are glitchy, and the gameplay is not as smooth as 4k with 90 or better fps
I love that Bus mod, but sadly since it is a vehicle replacer, it produces lots of collision bugs. like the one in the 2:27
Also when the vehicle replaced are parked near to a wall, it tend to xplode just for being there haha.
Not an attack at Digital Dreams, you can only wok with what youve got. Id like to see what you could do with the OG Crysis release and the Blackfire mod.
It just annoys me that after all those years of people shttng on GTA4 enbs with rain and overcast weather, now suddenly everyone loves it and the aaa industry uses it to sell proprietary reflections.
Ultimately, as long as the gameplay itself is meh, then who cares how big the open world is or how good the visuals look.
Reminds me of when the modding scene started putting out placebo config file changes to try and make the release version of Watch Dogs look like the trailer.
