My vertical mouse didnt help. But after buying about $1000 of mice the superlight dex and pulsar xlite v3 both almost eliminated the pain.... HOWEVER i had to switch to more of a palm grip. I can do light aim training now.
I'm an office worker and casual gamer. I got my job to buy me that same vertical mouse, and the results are exactly as you said. Minimal temporary relief, no long term impact. I've been doing your 9-min wrist routine from ~6 years ago for several weeks, but still struggling. I appreciate your channel.
Hey there! I'm glad you've been sticking with the routine consistently. Often times while it can provide general conditioning for the wrist & hand it is not enough. It is harder for me to design a routine that excessively loads up one area since it can lead to temporary increase of irritation, which is why i kept it more general or low level Depending on where you feel it, the goal should be to roughly perform 40-60 repetitions with no issue at around 3-5% of your body weight. So focusing on the specific regions where you feel it. For example if it is on the palm side, you would do wrist flexion but up to 20-25 repetitions to start with a lower weight, 3 sets. And in some cases 2x/day if you can tolerate that but it also depends on your schedule since you do not want to irritate the tissues if you have to work. (theres some nuance with load management) If you haven't checked out our troubleshooter, it may also be a good option as it can personalize the program based on your current level of conditioning or for some more individual support you can apply for our coaching at 1-hp.org
A symmetrical vertical mouse worked for me. I can use my other hand for work and my right for gaming. Also, most vertical mouses were too big for me to get a comfortable grip. I got the dxt3 mouse and that was the one that worked for me. I also changed my whole setup to be as ergonomic as possible so it's not just the mouse but the mouse was a necessary part along with vitamin supplements.
Hey i've been recently suffering from a middle finger pain when playing LOL and it's only the middle finger due to right clicking the mouse very often there is no wrist or any other pain, what should i do to fix my specific problem? the mouse im using is Logitich G pro im thinking of changing it to razer DA
These videos are soooo valuable. Thank you for your amazing work!

@@1HP I really appreciate this. Thank you again.
Thank you chief, these videos are great! I wanna ask though, is there anything for trigger thumb?

LMAO fasho don’t worry the montage gonna come through next week
Yeah, I tried a vertical mouse once. It just transferred the strain from my wrist to my elbow. 😢
It transfers to my shoulders for me
What are your opinions on trackball mice, specifically finger trackball mice?
