I’ve been a dumper and a dumpee. As a dumper he is spot on. I felt all these things (minus having a back up plan). I just thought I needed out. When I tried to get my ex back four months later who was dating someone else, she rejected me and good for her. (Learned a valuable lesson)

No contact worked for me! My ex came back today, 2 weeks after our breakup. She told me she missed me so much, loved me, and she never wanted to be without me. We have decided to take things slow and both committed to doing therapy sessions. I bought Coach Lee’s emergency breakup kit and I followed everything he said. Been 6 months since break up from a 4 year relationship. I’ve been through hell. I moved to another country for her and to pursue better opportunities. She lives with her family and I live by myself. I still miss them all, they were my only family there. Just 6 months after she is with another person. She graduated while holding the arm of another guy, while I failed my master’s degree due to severe depression. She had to get over me with another guy. I instead focused on myself and now I’m in a way better place physically and mentally. The thing is I still hold this grief unwillingly. I live in a country where no one cares about me but still, I don’t give up and have hope things will get better.
Update 4 months later:
I am currently national runner-up in grappling (similar to wrestling martial art) in feather weight. It was an old hobby I picked up on doing again and went this far by myself in this country. Currently not dating anyone. Just purely focused on myself. Fell in love with the process. Disciplined as only few can be. I started the year on 200lb and now I am 150lb fit with big arms, chest and abs. Wrote a whole book about everything. The power is in your mind. I wanted nothing else but a biblical comeback that would honor the pain I suffered.

Already done when i heard that my ex might already dating someone but hey I'm going to the right path, got my promotion this month and enjoying life as who i am. But in my heart that i wish i could meet someone who's going to stay permanently no matter how hard the situation are. It's been 6 months and the pain is mostly gone but still there and I sometimes have moments where I do miss him, especially at night. But I've grown so much. Time does help. Almost 2 years in September and coach Lee has been that big brother I needed!
There are many coaches out there but I have to say coach Lee is amazing, with the direction within his communication to us the audience. The focus alone of face to the camera makes you feel he is only talking to you and its confatable, but to know its for all that are suffering in this moment in time is a blessing, your so helpful to all. I thank you Lee for helping so many people global with your nolage.
Coach Lee - This video shows the degree of how intelligent you are. This video is really well articulated and people can ask themselves why isn't this taught by the right people way back starting at the high school level. The schools are misinformed on how to prepare students to become the adults students need to be to function as strong young, middle, and older adults.

Update on my story:
As I wrote in the above comment no contact worked amazingly for me and she returned after 28 days. But unfortunately when she came back into my life I didn't listen to coach Lee's advice on what to do when that happens.
In the three weeks that followed it felt great initially as we spent almost every day together, but really I should have been taking it slow and sticking to the plan.
Instead I made everything about her again arranging to see her one day after the next.
I stopped working out and my diet went out the window.
These were the things that made me feel strong and gave me control but I lost sight of them and made everything about her again when I should have continued to focus on myself.
It's self improvement that is attractive and I let that all go.
Of course this ended badly and today was a repeat of the breakup we had a few months ago.
So once again I am watching coach Lee's videos again trying to get my head straight and back on the road to success.
I can only hope no contact will work for us again and I will try to focus on coach Lee's advice on what to do if she comes back again... Got to find the balance and take it slow. Thanks coach Lee.

its been like 5 months, coach lee has been helping me alot, i am not sure i want her back anymore but his videos give me strength from time to time, All of the dumpees who have been left for someone else or broken up with, Stay strong. Your videos helped me a lot, especially the emphasis on "no contact". During this no contact phase, I realized that the ex that I was trying to get back is basically a walking red flag. I was only attracted to part of her physique but otherwise we didn't really have much in common, and mostly didn't get eachother a lot. Also our situations in life are very different. It is essential to disconnect yourself from the situation entirely and see it from a colder perspective in order to realize if something is good or bad for yourself. For all these realizations, I'll say one more time, thank you!

I don’t want to start my count over bc I was going sooo well. I did block right after once I came back to my senses. It’s really hard being an empathetic person especially when the other person is going through a lot… but I know I have to take care of me first, I have to check in with myself first💛 going to keep going no contact. I leave for bootcamp in two weeks where they will take my phone away for 6 weeks so that should help a lot. *Sigh*

55 days of absolute no contact! I'm forced to see the ex everyday in the office and it is so hard to remain sane, but I have realised how toxic my ex was and is and we are a complete oppisite to each other! In fact, I do very clearly understand the reason now why I was attracted to my ex in the first place. It was purelt physical attraction that happened when I was just at the loose end! I struggle a lot, I can feel that my self-esteem and self-confidence have been shattered. But each I realise that the sooner this mental person is out of my entire mind and life the better. Coach Lee you are amazing! I’ve been in no contact with my ex outside of work since early January. We still talk a bit but only at work. He reached out once already and it wasn’t anything special. I responded, but then he sent a thank you and I didn’t say anything. And that was mid June when I reached out. I still care about him and like him a lot, but I know that I can’t wait. He has been a couple dates with other women as some of my coworker know the situation and know we were a thing, and they told me that. I keep a strong head. He thinks he can get me back, but once he reaches out fully he will know. Plus it’s almost our first time seeing each other outside of work and with the big rodeo happening soon, he will be there, that was our first date stop too. Around 25 days into no contact, 30 into the breakup itself. No correspondence from either side and she’s even removed my following and hers from me on most social media even when I wasn’t watching or liking anything. Just doing my best to move forward at this point. She still has our pictures up and was watching my stories but idk guess she didn’t like seeing it. No contact worked for me. He has been distant since beginning of june. I left him alone although I did message here and there every few days. Finally I stopped. It was 4 days and he reached out to me today telling me he was so sorry for how he was acting. He said he loves me and needed to figure things out. He was working and asked if he could call me later to talk without any distractions. I kept calm and will keep calm. After watching Coach Lee’s videos, I’ve come to a realization that I don’t care if we’re together or not. I would like to make amends but I don’t care if she doesn’t want to. I keep the door open but as time goes by, it’s slowly closing.
Coach Lee this is too much worry putting on our heads just feel free and let you mind Wonder and live your life that's my idea and all this is like complicated life situations
It's been 7 days of NC and it hurts as hell,but when feel like i want to call her i watch one of the Coach Lee's videos and i feel better,cuz i know if i call her i will get hurt even more,i hope i wont break the No Contact rule.Stay strong people.
It gets easier. She reached out to me after I went silent on social media and no more bombarding here phone after a month. But she just wanted to test the waters I’m sure. Keep your head up. I recommend to watch his videos they helped me a lot and still do. Some days the pain isn’t there and then it feels like a knife in my heart other days.

How about a video on no contact for over a year begged for 3 weeks or so then no contact for over a year but I dont want to reach out but if she does I'm willing but with the approach how you said to handle it . What's the longest you seen no contact work ?

It’s been over 8 months. I feel completely pathetic. I am just trying the no contact and it is helping me move on some. We have children so zero contact can’t be achieved. These videos help a lot. Thanks coach.
After a week no ctc, broke it. After 4 days nc, broke it again yet nothing change. Coach Lee is right. Should just go NC and let them reach out to you. In thr meantime, do what makes yourself happy and forget about them.

4 year online friendship and 2.5 years of romantic relationship, we never met but we video chatted weekly, talked daily for hours and text none stop and we were planning to meet in February, 1 days prior to him breaking up with me he assured me 100% he was coming in February, but then he decided to tell me the next day he wasn't in love with me anymore like I am with him. He said he just loves me like a best friend and that is why he doesn't see our future together. We had plans, why give up so close to us actually being together? It doesn't make sense. Also 2 days prior to the breakup i had said I was worried it was the beginning of the breakup and he told me it absolutely was not and promised we would work on things.
Could you please do video with your best steps to deal with ex neither reaching out during no contact of around two months, nor responding to perfect single message (per your backup advice) after no contact?
For example when or if to send second message. Other coaches contradict each other on handling this situation. Your old video on reaching out (as backup) doesn’t address no response at all
The messages may seem harsh in this video but actually its great for snapping out of it and wanting to prove them wrong. I know I'm attractive and it's time to act like it.

From my experience and that of my friends, colleagues and acquaintances i could say that (that there is another one, having done 'things' with them or not) is the reason number 1 in most breakups. May be by far.
