    Thank you, lovely recipe so nice to see the mash served to the side of the shanks, and not having the cooked shanks sitting on top of the mash. 😉

      i think that he added stired the liquid to concentrate it and also added the butter

    Great recipe, similar to how I do them. I’d lose the repetitive nothing music in future, it adds nothing to the video.

    I can tell just by looking that there is no flavour in this dish the way he just made it, reminds me of hospital food 🤮

      I agree that it probably does not have flavor but I never what is in a hospital that serve lamb shanks and I don’t even like to cook them in my house because it smells of the place so I’ll be a little kind but yeah it looks like unprofessional restaurant food Maybe for a catering or something

    This is certainly a old-fashioned way of making this dish, don't think it would be accepted by customers in restaurants this century, and to serve it on a side plate is unprofessional, I think it time to hang your apron up and make way for the young generation chefs 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

      Maybe instead of being a fuckwit you could offer your wisdom. You obviously think you’re better than the chef, so please enlighten us with your wisdom. This is a great recipe for traditional lamb shanks, and imo, the best. No bullshit, just lets the flavour of the lamb shine.

    Why on earth would you add in the garlic when searing the meat? It will just burn and add a bitter flavor...
