I feel exactly the same with the weather at the moment. I just don't have a clue how to dress myself :/ it seems SO sunny and it's definitely humid, but when you're outside the wind actually makes it chilly enough to need a jacket. Definitely not bare legs temperatures yet!
Tip for the promegranate: put it in a bowl of water and peel all the... center(?) out. The fruit will fall to the bottom of the bowl and the peel will float on the surface. And you wount get promegranate juice all over the kitchen ;) 👌
Beautiful corally nail colour! I have to get this haha! So good you are doing classes a week, I do aerobics and Zumba classes yet to try Pilates! Hayfever is the worst at the moment!! Try to buy some local honey and have a tspn a day and it will stop it :)

Teachers correct in small yoga and pilates groups as well. It's amazing how much they pay attention to everyone. I've done both small and large groups and in both there is a lot of focus on posture etc.

Lily try cashew nut butter! Meridian make it.. Not sure if they do a big tub like your almond ... Having a big tub of any nut butter is like an open invitation for me to grab a spoon and tuck in! Lol! :)) Emma x

Fran Ugalde I live in the Netherlands and it's similar. You just never really know. That goes for the day, but also the seasons. This year it has been so cold until now. But we had 28 degrees celcius just this Friday and now we're back down to 14 degrees C. So cold!
LiLo our seasons have been messed up for several years now (I live in Chile). We used to have very separate seasons, but now summer and winter tend to last a lot longer, so spring and autumm get super weird. Like we had a week during April (autumm) when it rained on a Monday, with 15 degrees, and on Friday we had 33 degrees. And we also have way less rain than what was usual...climate change is pretty evident!
Does everyone in the UK only drink bottled water? Is there something wrong with drinking tap water? I'm from Sweden, and I don't think you can even buy bottled water that's not fizzy. Btw, not judging, just curious. I know that when I was in London a couple of years ago my friend asked for tap water at the restaurant we were having lunch, and the waitress looked at her like she was crazy.
No, I would say that most people drink tap water in the UK but the water in London can sometimes be less nice and lily probably found it easier to use bottles for the picnic
TheDodgerReid I think most people would buy bottled water for convenience. I personally think tap water tastes terrible. I'm from Scotland and people tell me that Scottish tap water tastes much nicer than English tap water but I think it just has a funny taste. The thing in the restaurant is probably just because tap water is free and they thought your friend was being cheap. Poor customer service there.
Lily Yellow tail is the Worst Australian wine! I don't know why they always sell it O/S as it is such a bad representation of Australian wine. Im glad you didn't have to drink it yourself haha

Giulianeda Shiraz is a grape variety of wine, So there is some great Shiraz and there is some cheap and nasty Shiraz, it depends on the Winery and the year in which it is made. I would not drink a yellow tail Shiraz unless you would like a splitting headache after 1 glass.
It's a little bit of an old fashioned thing in New Zealand, my grandparents do it, and sheet sets still come with a top sheet but I only use them for guests.
Susan Gilchrist I've had a similar discussion on a vlog before. In the UK people just have a fitted sheet that covers the mattress and a duvet inside a washable cover. It seems to vary all over the world.
