Great vid, just wanted to point out though that the odds of 1x 50% is not the same as 5x 10%, the odds of failing 5x 10% is 0.9^5, which is 0.59 so the chance of landing one would be 1-0.59 which is 0.41 or 41%.

I really love videos like this. There’s a lot of knowledge in the game that isn’t well explained that veterans take for granted, and from the perspective of a new player it would put them in a bit of a “crisis”. The video is well structured and goes over the rings and their impact very well. I do feel like this channel is the #1 spot to show a new player how Maple works. IMO Nexon tries really hard to retain players (with fomo and gambling and sunk cost) but fails in acquiring new players because of how daunting the game is. I hope more people will recognize how much help this channel is for new players as well as for the growth of the game.

Like the guy before said, 5 all together gives you 50%, while 5 individual gives you 1 - 10%^5 = 40.951% chance. Basically it means if you use it individually, you could get really lucky. But if you use it all together, you are more guaranteed to get one. But the more grindstones you use, the less a difference it makes suppose Nexon is honest and correct about the rates. It is 0.65 vs 0.75 at 10, 0.79 vs 0.87 at 15, and 0.87 vs 0.93 at 20.

For example I’m a DA and have a Cont 2 ring and ROR 2 but I don’t use them because I have a 17* Gollux, Slime , Kanna, Reinforced I see end gamers swap in and out a ROR while bursting but what about a Cont that has to be equipped for 2min ? Thanks

Can you make a ring/gear guide for boss mules? preferably rings and gear that don't rely on events and that can be aquired fairly easily
