Excellent video! Very lucid explanation and great videography. Your 6/8 example sounded more like it was played in a quicker 3/4 time though. Perhaps an example of 2 sets of three beamed eighth notes or a dotted eighth note with a set of three beamed eighth notes would have driven home the rhythmic explanation of a 6/8 "feel" to a beginner.
