$1100 isn’t bad at all for a Luxury Studio Apt in the city…. They just built a condo community here where I live and a studio in there is $1600 and change…. For a FKN studio!!!
Lived in the Elwood Building back in 2021-2022. Me and wife decided to move back and rent in the Aster Tower! Will be moving soon! Can’t wait loved it here and no pet deposit!
It’s honestly a solid deal for what you get, at least it is when the amenities are open! During the pandemic they closed all access to the roof and commons/ spa 😭
