Struggles of being a caster. Doing mechanics is a major drop in dps for casters.
When I’m on my warlock I just ignore the mechanics and let everyone else do everything. On my DH I actually have the mobility necessary to do it and so I do take responsibility.
The fact that asmon literally had to tell both of them to stand inside 4 so you can get to 3 faster is hysterical. I know it’s a game but Jesus how do some people complete tasks in life

i know asmon's known for "malding" but he's an incredibly patient person imo and this video is proof of that
For real, his experience as a raid/guild leader for a staggering number of years shows through really strongly in these types of videos. Both in instructing and leading fights, and mediating guild stuff. He may sometimes have to witness the most amazing amount of clownfuckery that a video game can contain, but he also clearly knows that just going full rage mode about it won't really change anything.
I thought the most recent 7 straight hours of failures in the same raid was bad, but not being able to count from 1 to 4, really deserves the cake.

Honestly, during my time of mythic dungeons in BFA, I NEVER did this mechanic, ever. I ran this dungeon multiple times, and never had a problem, this last boss was like a breeze. No clue why others struggle with it so much.

1:57:07 This one is confusing to me... they clearly hit the first three in the right order and very little time passed, so why’d it say input failure?
I got PTSD watching this due to being in a 10 man guild back in wotlk with the people in if not full then almost full heroic badge gear, yet struggled every week with gluth (most weeks they just gave up, as in gave up on Naxx and not switching wing). And Malygos... oh god the wipes. Hilarity ensued when Ulduar came out... never got past Flame Leviathan. That's when I took some random people I used to run heroics with and made a new guild, cleared that shit. The feeling when we downed both KT and Yogg the same night while they were still in Naxx on their 2nd wing. Oh boy. Some people are just slow.

How Asmongold Keeps calm and not go off on the other two for missing the targets I have no idea . The other guy that is making the others say numbers after him made me laugh .
I broke a mythic +9 with a tank who didn't know what he needs to pull for the % and with a frost mage who did 1.7k dps.

Watching this as an FFXIV player who's never played WoW, this genuinely looks and sounds really fucking easy. Am I missing something or are these guys actually fucking up a simple "click 4 things in a certain order" mechanic for 2 hours?

Honestly the more I look at it, this encounter is the most comparable to Destiny encounters in WoW.
Mostly call out and order based where only certain members are doing it. But you get it wrong, you bet your ass it's a wipe.

Asmon playing this fight on extreme hard mode by doing the call outs himself (both the initial order and as they're clicked), all to make it easier for the Mage and Druid.
And they still couldn't do it right a single time in two hours. I'm truly blown away.
