That was incredibly hard to watch. It was so brutal. I never seen an episode as intense and shocking like this one. Karma will come back around and eventually hit Negan hard. Just as Rick said, it won't be today or tomorrow but he will kill him. R.I.P Abraham and Glenn. You will be missed and, eventually, avenged.

If Rick would have killed Negan everyone else would have been killed. What would he do going back by himself with Negans head with his group still on their knees with guns trained on them. His only choice was to comply and try to keep everyone else alive unfortunately.
