@@kairo2565 Again, it shouldn't be this difficult. I've been using Bluetooth devices for years and this was by far the most annoying experience. I finally got them to pair (I didn't do anything different - it just worked on the final try). But the left bud randomly powers off, the sound gets choppy requiring a disconnect/reconnect, and sometimes they just randomly disconnect from whatever device I use them on. It's like the transceiver is underpowered and too prone to interference.
I had a hard time to pair them too, I finally got it. I have my cellphone, my laptop, my fitbit watch all with the BT on, so, I turned them off and I just let on the cellphone that way it was paired in seconds :) then I did the same with my smart watch, so I think that was the problem with my paring :)

i had mine and its almost a month of use but i dont see any problem when i conmect them both is fine when i charge it both it lights up and when the earbud is full charge the charging case will turn off automatically

Anyone having an issue with these earbuds do yourself a favor and return them if you can. I'm positive these have a defect or they're being poorly made. Mine like many others had issues. Three actually, the first was the left side wouldn't charge. This was either a faulty connection in the earbud or the case, if I tapped the case the left side would charge but any movement caused it to stop charging. Next the left ear bud wouldn't automatically pair with the right side. I fixed this by resetting the earbuds, the last issue was the left side had an annoying electronic clicking noise combined with a hiss that could be heard over the music! Just an FWI if you're spending $100 on earbuds like these and they're giving you issues don't go to TH-cam for help. Just return these and buy from a different brand. JBL should've had the bugs worked out on these before they released them to the public!
@@mrsyed3327 you have to take them out of the case with them powered on. Then hold the buttons down at the same time for 3 or 10 seconds I think. You'll see the lights on both change white and blue very fast until they both pair again. But if you're having issues with yours just return them and get another brand. JBL is really taking advantage of their customers with these over priced and very basic earbuds.
How do I connect the earbuds to another device? I regularly use both my phone and my Ipad and like to switch around depending on what Im doing, how do I connect my jbls to the iPad aswell? Cant see them in the list of bluetooth devices on my ipad. Thanks!
First power off the right earbuds by holding the button for 5 seconds. Then put it into pairing mode by holding the the button for 5 seconds again. The earbuds should now appear in the pairing list

You can try to reset the earbuds: While charging the earbuds in the cradle, press and hold the button of the right earbud for more than 5 seconds. The light on the earbuds should turn off and back on when it resets. After that re-pair the earbuds with your own phone. I hope this helps.

WHY cant i get the left to pair with the right? Edit: The issue for me was not enough charge if you try to use them straight out of the box they gonna have a problem pairing with each other I recommend an hour of charging at the least.
Hi, I found this when I first used mine. I just unpaired and repaired them. You could always try resetting them. Apparently you put them back in the charging case and press and hold the right bud like you would to set up Bluetooth- the difference being both buds are in the case while your doing it.

Hi, I don’t think there is a way to turn off the light for the case.
I think that tells you how far along your earbuds are charged. Mine jumped from 2 to 3 lights when I first charged mine.
Ya the three lights means if its charging. If all lights are there it means it fully charged but when a light is blinking it means its charging

Difficult to say what the problem is. Sometimes restarting the smartphone fixes such issues.
