I love these! Thank you for a great product that works very well at work with my iPhone. ❤ they work well with both open or closed ear tips. I like that the noise cancellation isn’t as strong as my Bose QC Ultra Headphones. I can hear myself breathing with these so i don’t breath funny on the transit 😅😂 i feel these are a great value ❤
To change to sealing ear tips, first you should take off the open ear tips that are fixed default on your ear buds...And then you can apply the sealing ear tips. That's on your quick start guide guyz. Watch out !
I love these I just don’t know how to properly wear them. When I put them in my ears with the part with the letter going down the sound is very low. It works better when I but then sideways or upside down. Does anyone know how to fix this
In the video they mention it is possible, but when I try to connect to 2nd device it disconnects me from the first one. @JBL is there any way to fix this?

Hey JBL TEAM I've been having some major charging issues my right earbud doesn't want to charge there brand new so its not dirt or software so I really don't know what wrong with them and it's making me want to go and buy a pair of Sonys
when i pair them with my computer i get two settings for them (sterio and Hands free AG audio) the sterio actally sounds really good but the AG audio is what it will default to and it sounds like everything is underwater and very bad. The issue is that sometime it will allow me to use the sterio option and sometimes it will only let me use the AG audio and mute the sterio mode so that i cant use it. Please help
I have JBL tune flex and i have problem with it. It is allways stuck in mono mode. Especially left earbud stop working. And it is so hard to reset. In mono mode you can not reset via software. I try manually (tab 3 times and wait 5 seconds on third one then release) but not working. Is there a solution for this? I am really fed up with this problem because ı can not use my earbuds.
I ahve the ghost edition. And my 3 lights are in charging case but and the earbuds are set in properly in case but no blinking light even when I take them out of case it's like they are dead I even tried pressing in sensor buttons.??

I ran into the same problem and returned them and got a new pair. Within a weak same thing happened again... i have had 4 pairs of JBL tune flex now and the main speaker stopped working on al 4 of them within a month
By returning them. They are completely garnage. I cannot even connect fresh out the box. JBL needs to be boycotted. I will never purchase from these fools again

These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging the case using a cotton cloth, a makeup or cotton swab, and rubbing alcohol. @@jblhi JBL I had my rant. These JBLs ear piece connectors are bad(got right one changed 2 times,now left won't charge-or its a lottery and you win rarely). So in one year all had from them is frustration because literally only worked as produck should first week maybe-then mailing back and forward, sending, waiting. I swear I didn't have a month of normal experience when you simply put earpieces in case and use them-every time (battery low). So for 100€ I got one year of frustration. Probably bad piece but I can't reccomend this product to anyone.
They're ok, not all that for $70. This is my first Bluetooth earphones! (took about 30 min to figure everything out). Which I bought at Best Buy. Not as loud as I thought, maybe will try some headphones next.

Very sad: you do not explain how to mount these rubbers to the earbuds: I cannot get them on. Thereby: how to pick them from the case is almost impossible: did you test this product with consumers before or only with designers on CAD? Very disappointing product!

Really disappointing that I can't disable the voice assistant prompt and that an 80 dollar pair of headphones doesn't support multi-pairing. Touch controls are too sensitive. 3/5 stars - regret not going for another pair of Jabra Elites.
Hey so I noticed that when you have one on, it automatically goes to mono mode. When you wear both that’s when you are able to use it with noise cancellation.
I found if you keep the side that works in the case then take one out that doesn't. wait til light stops flashing put it back in then close lid. Wait til lights go. Then open it up both lights should flash. Should solve it
Good sound but... Very weak. Not powerful. I have to use another app to boost the sound. Disappointing. However the sound is good but the bass are not very heavy even if you take the silicon stuffs. The in-ears setting is awful, useless.
My JBL Tune Flex set broke a while ago, the left earbud plays nothing but silence. I don't know how to fix this issue. I'm sticking with Sony, thank you very much. 😀🖕
For an established brand like JBL, it's disgraceful to even be selling these. They constantly stop charging, and I know it's because of dirt or wtatever, but having to wipe them with alcohol every two days is not ideal to say the least.
*Beware* After 1 yr 3 months of use battery degraded on right earpod. Called support they wont fix it even if im ready to pay. Apparently this is replace only product. If u have issue within a year they ll replace with refurbished earbud. Beyond that no help. Regret for buying JBL. Better off buying cheaper stuff , now i have to use this with one ear pod and a heavy heart 😢

Hey JBL Team, I have used your products a lot, But trust me this product is badly designed. I bought this product last year for a premium price, But regretting my decision every time i use. Its not suitable for all the ears, all 4 bud tips are not fitting properly. Cant wear for jogging or work out.

Their is clear tape attached to ear buds at the bottom.remove it and put them back

Also make sure you peel the plastic off the contacts on the bottom of the buds, or they don't turn on

Ya gotta take the thin factory rubbers, that the buds come with off. Then the tip of your choice should fit. Frustrated me at 1st too
