Seasons 9 and 10 were tough to love when the freelancers weren't on screen...but when they were? Nothing in the series had been so epic before, and I daresay, nothing else has been as epic since.
Does no one find it weird that Casey Lee Williams was 12 when this came out, and probably 11 when she recorded this? And who else thinks this gained a bit of inspiration from Bombs Over Baghdad by OutKast?
Someone might've mentioned this years ago, but the chorus lyrics sound like they should say "waiting for my death", but as demonstrated several times in this episode, everybody gets caught by some sorta ride at the last second, so instead the lyrics are like "waiting for my... ride???"
i watch all of the seasons every weekened. i still am amazed. next week all my and my friends gonnna watch it on MY FLAT SCREEN. THIS IS GONNA BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This an awesome redo of Ice Fight...love that song perfect for the Tex/Maine/Wash battle and now an awesome intro for the Tex/Maine/Carolina/Baddies chase
How did Jeff make so much amazing music, and it's all thematically so weird if you take it out of context, yet it's still good. Is this man a musical god of some sort?
I don't know why I love this xD This is hip hop, actually takes TALENT to write something like this. Hey Kanye West, 50 Cent, Lupe Fiasco, and all you other washed up "artists" This is how you make hip hop.

It may just be me, but I feel like this would be appropriate for the second level of Saints Row the Third, and the part where Gat breaks out of his chair would be where the rap starts.
Rock, rap, techno, and a bit of epic orchestral, Williams has the most bizarre mixtures of music ever, and somehow it comes out beautifully.
It’s almost a bizarre adventure
@@wizardjoe5002Shut up
He’s odd with the style of music and lyrics but the song structure stitches it together so seamlessly it’s amazing
"Jeff sent the text, asked for the best."
That 4th wall breakage though.
Weiss Schnee And of all people you noticed this, wall ception...
"Burn it down, from the dust till the dawn, rise from the ash and then I'm gooone..."
From Dust till Dawn.
RWBY didn't come out until after season 10 at least.
5TH WALL!!!
Cruallassar dusk not dust.
Meh, either way it's similar and an interesting coincidence.
dusk till the dawn. As in the time just after sunset to just before sunrise.
One of my favorite quotes, "Are we in a caaaaaaaaaar?"
I can do the rap part can anyone else
Nick Thomas I can.
Yea same here I was doing it at recess the other day or courtyard or wth you call lol
Epic Icey Yeah, that freak me the fuck out, If its not a car, its a cliff, if its not a cliff its a building.... (sigh)
Dirk Strider "Son of a biiitch"
In my opinion, the falling sequence is the coolest sequence in the whole season. Lol
+X4Xanthos I didn't notice until I saw some of Monty's other work, but the falling scene is pretty much directly copied from part of Dead Fantasy, right down to the positions the freelancers dive off the buildings in
+Shawn Brock ssshhh! Do not EVER speak against RT productions!
+Lliam Davis I think he was just saying Monty referenced his other series.
it is still blasphemy!
+Lliam Davis but still Monty payed homage to himself
the female singer (casey lee williams) was barely a teen when singing this which amazes me!
What?? Wow. I’ve never really thought through this. It’s research time
@@sleepywalker87 yup she was around 13 or so and when she did rwby songs she was like 14 or 15

Jetpacks huh?
Well that was interesting.
There's a fourth wall in this song. Love 4th wall breaks! "Jeff sent the text, asked for the best...so I stepped right in put flames to the test."
Epic song. This should be in a racing game as a secret song that you could unlock by finding an easter egg.
It should involve finding the "Warthog" as a driveable vehicle.
Yes
Stephen Elliott i hope Forza or someone paying attention to this
Me too.
or maybe used for music in a vehicle section of one of the new halo games like at the end of halo 3
OMG I LOVE THE PART WHERE SHE TOUCHES AND SURFS THE CRATE

Perfect skydiving music
Red vs blue deserves its own game that is based on it's own story that isnt halo
It probably be a halo spin off
Yeah, I just think it would be fun to play as the characters in this like caboose or tex
Gramps G. I feel it would be better represented as a tell-tale style game, because they do so much talking
tell tale with first person shooter scenes.
It‘d be the Bad Company of Halo.
Best red vs blue song ever in my opinion
+GrayOfft So true
I love how peaceful it is at the begining. Especially since they are falling
The most iconic red vs blue scene, and song that i will never forget. This is what the series was to me other than comedy
Casey was only 13 when this was recorded
+Erwin Actually, she was 11

This song right here is what made me wanna watch RvB for once and now I'm hooked AND can't wait for this song!
at first it's all jokes and laughs but it gets heavy quick. IMO the story is better than halo's.
+Ben Smith I Respect Your Opinion
+Ben Smith well this does have a great story that ties with some of what happened in halo so yeah.
season 9
@@Rios7467 Honestly I kinda agree. Halo is my favorite franchise but RvB is just amazing.

one thing about that is that women can have good singing voices at an early age but men usually only sound good after their voices get a lot lower
The Dragonborn One exception; Michael Jackson.
I am 1 year old! :D
Regan Holmes Actually, Sandy's the badass. Or at least she's the one allowed to do the badass stuff.

Radical Gam3r and the Fireteam Osiris cutscene as well.
