Also she actually went through the stages!(melancholia, anger, jealousy) She then could see him and for the first time she touched him. An image can not touch or see.
Unfortunately I think this is reading too much into it. 343 unfortunately changed the rules of rampancy from the Bungie days from "an AI becoming human" to "nah they just think themselves to death" Which, in other setting would be fine and neat, but at the time of writing Halo 4, she was supposed to be dead. She used her last bits of herself left to save Chief. We can only assume she "became human" in retrospect of Halo 5 saying she's alive.

This break-in was heavily influenced by the fragments. Remember how Wash said that the A.I. are what convinced their agents to try to rescue Church? Now Tex is obviously acting on her own, but she counts for actually being an A.I., Theta is the one who pushed for North to help, and Delta probably played a part in convincing York. Sigma's controlling Maine, Omega is almost always controlling someone, and they and Gamma were the ones torturing Church as well. They are controlling the game.

I always figured that as more fragments were added, they'd eventually start merging together to become someone closer and closer to the Alpha's original personality. After all, Sigma's whole goal was to become metastable that way. Either way it'd be a real interesting process to watch, and I for one wouldn't mind a miniseries focused on the Meta just for that.

One of my favourite pieces of music from Red vs Blue is easily Mental Meta Metal and it's an entirely instrumental (well almost entirely, Sigma's "Agent Maine, isn't that the soldier from the freeway? The one that shot you in the throat? I thought so. Sic 'em." plays at the start) metal piece. It's brilliant.

Of course, that thing inside the Sarcophagus patched him up each time, but he was rampant to some degree during the extraction process. Take Delta, who disobeyed the Director's orders to forget the Alpha. Or Omega, who really is sorta permanently, rampant. Or Epsilon, who doesn't have a personality whatsoever (until Caboose fed it).
Mostly because the folks at RT shortened it to fit that specific part where Tex starts mauling with Freelancer spike-grenades. Jeff Williams usually extends his tracks out for the official album releases so you're not getting these small 50-second one-shot audio clips, so you're getting something worth your while :)

I'm pretty sure he was in control, notice how he does more with his holographic avatar after Episode 17, it's because he now remembers how to use his A.I. functions again. That anger wasn't rapmancy induced, it was genuine frustration at the fact that for the first time in years, he wants to find this man (as opposed to them dragging him into it) and now they're backing out. He enlarges himself (taking advantage of the holo room) to look down on them as mere problems he has to deal with.
No, they're two separate fragments. Normally fragments are not different people. In Halo 4 Cortana split herself into multiple fragments and they were all one person. The reason fragments like Delta and Sigma are different people is because they tortured Church so he'd develop a split personality. They got the idea because Church was "born" with a split personality (Tex) that they had to remove. This didn't work for Epsilon though, he remained the Alpha.

Actually it did work for Epsilon he fragmented and became Alpha's memories. Since that was all he was he went a bit crazy at first and was extremely unstable. But in season 9 and 10, he was able to reach meta-stability through having the memories of the of AI fragments.
The best part is always the guitar part from: 1:54 to 2:07 Someone should try these type of guitar moments again and again...it never gets old for me. :P

Oh you mean Blood Gulch memories. Well when Church got near his other piece, the memories stored on that fragment flowed into him. Since the two fragments are literally one person and have the same mind, they share the same thoughts, so information stored in one piece should be accessible to the other, hence why Church started to get flashes of his past, by the same logic, the information regarding BG events flowed into the Epsilon fragment.
The only complaint I have with this song is that it fluctuates too much it doesn't keep a common theme it starts awesome then weird and crazy then calmish then awesome again.
Eta and Iota were 'love' and 'compassion'. If you watch closely when Tex is flicking through the files CT gave her, on one of the pages it says down the bottom Love/Compassion...

The similarities between Alpha and Epsilon are because they are the same person, that's the point I was making, when the director harvested Epsilon, he failed to create another person, so both fragments were the same person, one piece just has the memories while the other doesn't. Tex is literally based directly off Church's memories of Alison, which are of her failing, hence why she fails, but she isn't based on failure itself. "You were the memory, you were the key."
He did so because he found it impossible to bring her to him. I don't think he belived he would see her again at that point, after all the horrible things he did, I don't think he ever believed he would go to where she ended up after all he did, just the way he speaks to FILISS at the end shows that.

I love how this song uses a combination of all the RvB song artists. The only thing that would make it better would be a section with Trocadero.

Since the two fragments are literally one person and have the same mind, they share the same thoughts, so information stored in one piece should be accessible to the other, hence why Church started to get flashes of his past, by the same logic, the information regarding BG events flowed into the Epsilon fragment.
The only complaint I have with this song is that it fluctuates too much it doesn't keep a common theme it starts awesome then weird and crazy then calmish then awesome again.

I like your answer, but I think he was referring to the rap interlude that wasn't in the original episode. It's a thing that Jeff Williams and Trocadero do - expand on pieces they give RT to play with.
The similarities between Alpha and Epsilon are because they are the same person, that's the point I was making, when the director harvested Epsilon, he failed to create another person, so both fragments were the same person, one piece just has the memories while the other doesn't. Tex is literally based directly off Church's memories of Alison, which are of her failing, hence why she fails, but she isn't based on failure itself. "You were the memory, you were the key."
He did so because he found it impossible to bring her to him. I don't think he belived he would see her again at that point, after all the horrible things he did, I don't think he ever believed he would go to where she ended up after all he did, just the way he speaks to FILISS at the end shows that.
