In short, at present I am in Offshore and I've got my 491 visa grant in July 2023 from SA. And in WA there is a higher possibility of getting a job for me in my field of experience. So my question is, do i need to stay in the SA itself in order to get the PR (191)? Can i move to other regional areas anywhere in Australia or not. What will happen if there are any hidden or unknown law/ requirements is there, so that there will be a problem after 3 years whilst applying for the 191 PR?
I watched part 1 and this video a few days ago - this morning I had my initial consultation with Taraneh Arianfar from Migration Affairs. Gotta say...Best service ever! She was really clear and professional, plus she sent me a full Migration step-by-step pathway in 24 hours. I have to say thanks to you and your video...would not have consider them without It!
Great video. I have already done ACS and as I had 70 points when I submitted in 2022..i guess both ACS and EOI expired. do I have to do ACS for the jobs that was not included in old ACS if I want to re-submit EOI?ur response is much appreciated🙏
I got my 491 through SA state nomination. However, i only get rejections from employers in SA and i have recently received offers in regional queensland and WA. I do not want to risk cancellation of my Visa.
Hi dear is that possible to apply for a working holiday visa first then travel to Australia and find a job? Or do we have to find a job first then we can apply for a visa? And how much is the cost of a working holiday visa for two person and a child under 1 year? I really appreciate your response.

Hi @Livingsimplyaustralia, Is a contract agreement considered an employment? I am here in the Philippines and has been working as a contractor in an AU based company for nearly 8 years. I am a Customer Support Officer working fulltime.
Thanks for your question. Highly recommend watching Part 1 where we talk about the Skills Lists extensively - th-cam.com/video/1N2nCBIxcuE/w-d-xo.html (there are timestamps to see the answer to each question/topic)
at part 1 video she said first interview is free to see if you qualify to enter australia but i text her to make apointment she told me that i have to pay for apointment then she interview me
Details on how to get in touch are in the video description. Copy and paste here: If you want to get in touch with Migration Affairs go to: migrationaffairs.com.au/ - For those seeking migration advice, please provide adequate information about your case and attach a comprehensive resume. Their team conducts a brief preliminary discussion/assessment (this is not an interview) before scheduling a paid consultation. They also conduct formal interviews and provide written letters of advice, so please consider reaching out only if you're serious about migrating to Australia. Your cooperation greatly aids in streamlining their process and ensuring you receive the best service. Note: highly recommend watching part 19:43 - where Taraneh talks about their consultation process and says that they'll only invite you to a consultation if you've 'passed' that initial assessment. Meaning: if after assessing your Resume, they think you have pathways for migration, then, that's when they invite you to a paid consultation - if they don't deem your experience suitable, then they won't send you that message. Hope it helps.
Agreed, I've sent them my resume and cover letter but received the following feedback. "Thank you for reaching out to Migration Affairs regarding your interest in obtaining advice on permanent residency options. We can review your circumstances and assess the migration options. To begin the process, we would need to schedule an initial consultation with you. During this consultation, we will discuss your background, and goals, as well as any specific challenges or concerns you may have. The fee for the consultation is AUD250 which is payable before the consultation." Meaning need to pay first before knowing you are qualify or not. Hmmm.....no really free just to know qualify or not.

Again, the initial assessment is free, but they're not going to provide 1:1 free private consultations for everyone - this is their job.
Please I am working towards 189 visa and I want to know if I can present my proficient English qualification (10)points for the skills assessment and work towards superior English for the visa application. What if you're working from home but the main office of your company is in Melb? Can you still lodge your EOI for 491?
Good question...
May I know from where I can check the skill shortage list?

Yes, you can do that. Skill assessment letter doesn't show up your current English scores.

It will depend on your nominated occupation. If you are a registered nurse, it is very likely that you will get an invitation to apply for 189.

If you can be a brickies labourer then we are in business. ;)
