We are after the 482 visa. Short and easy once you found a job. But it’s not only “a bit tricky”. It’s the hardest thing ever… and I have a bachelor of engineering and 5 years of work experience…

In order to apply and receive visa 491 you have to be nominated by a state. Could you tell me please if it's necessary to live and work in this exact state that has nominated you? Is it possible to move to another state (for example, in case of absence of work)? Would there be any problems with getting visa 191 afterwards?

Hello! Thank you for this informative video. I have a question that hopefully you can help me with. So I was supposed to take a bachelor in Australia, but due to some personal reasons i ended up withdrawing the visa i applied for. So they did not grant me the visa or anything, I withdrew it before they could make a decision on it. Now i, however, feel more ready to take a masters in Australia and wonder if me withdrawing my visa has any negative consequences. Because i know they usually ask you if you have ever had a visa cancelled or refused when you apply for a visa in Australia. But withdrawing a visa is not the same as it being refused or cancelled, so i wouldn’t say yes to those questions. But is the withdrawal of a visa something you even have to mention in a new visa application?

If you were the one who cancelled/withdrew it, it shouldn't be an issue submitting a new application (can't think of any negative consequences - as you said, it's not that it got cancelled by the Department). But if it gets more complex, you can get professional advice.

Hi, it's a nice video and I would like to have some information regarding my wife she is RN in Sri Lanka. She has a plan to move to Australia 🇦🇺. She currently has been working with a Sri Lankan government hospital for almost 10 years and she studied for 3 years with Srilanka Nursing College (Ministry of Health) in Sri Lanka. After this, she got a diploma in nursing certificate. She had done IELTS academic with an overall band score of 6 with B2. Thanks for the interesting video. I have dual Australian/Canadian citizenship, living in Canada. I have family in Aus, however have not lived there long term. Wondering if there are any hurdles for me to jump through to move to Aus permanently, or can I just pack a bag and do it, lol.
If you have an Aussie passport regardless of whether you've been living abroad, my understanding is that you don't need a visa (at least I don't, every time I leave and enter the country, as long as it is with the Aussie passport all good - just pack your bags and off you go) - having said that, if you want to get a job and earn money or access medicare and other services, you'll need to do all the required paperwork - e.g. to be considered an Aus citizen for tax purposes, getting your TFN and so on. But I'd suggest reading this from the Australian Border Force for more info - always best to check the source! immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/entering-and-leaving-australia/traveling-as-a-dual-citizen

You can migrate to Australia at any age but the young are more likely to get visa and any advantages than people older or over 45 years old.
If you are American, Canadian or original from European Union and New Zealand you are also advantages because you can obtain electronic visa.
You don't need a degree to come here. Most of the overseas diploma or certificates are not acknowledged in here.

Why da heck we are charged the most expensive partner visa fee $9,000 and have the longest processing time in the entire world? New processing time is 9 to 14 months but mine has been 20
