I personally believe that peepee poopoo knows that the Ender dragon gathers more control over the over world so the council of water sheep and water sheep himself purified Felix for the fight. Peepee poopoo reluctantly pushed Felix in the End Portal so he could put the Ender dragon in the boat, or the bucket.
I really like how you've painted the dragon but gave a stylized look to felix, it really gives off the feeling that those two don't belong in the same world
