I believe that there are so many genius Ethiopians inside and outside the country but the sad thing about Ethiopia is we can’t implement or use the education and the intelligence we have in our country.
Amazing!!! It was impressive how Adam articulated each step in business and how you were related to the questions you asked. We are learning and benefiting a lot. You guys are helping your audiences build a business mindset, which will bear fruit in the coming years. Thanks again, በርቱ።
One thing I observe from the guests you bring for interview Is many of them are often come from privileged backgrounds, which can offer them easier access to resources and networks
yes, this is discourage for someone who is trying to start from zero. just imagine, all his family moved to Israel since he was a child, his uncle own realestate, .... am sorry but, he do nothing to be on podcast for me.
It’s certainly true that having these privileges helps but not all privileged people succeed. It requires hard work and persistence, and some luck to meet your goals. He shares some wisdom that anyone can apply. Hope you have a fulfilling journey.
Please try to use only one language when explaining non-technical terms, as using multiple languages can be confusing. Other than that, this is a great source of motivation for IT professionals living abroad who want to contribute to projects in Ethiopia.
Everything is great, and the guest is wonderful as well. Thanks to all of you-the host, the team, and the guest. One suggestion: the advertising feels a bit like watching ETV. It would be great if you could tailor the ads to better fit the style of your podcast, though I understand the sponsors are important. You’re doing an amazing job so far, and I really appreciate all your hard work. Thanks a lot!
I enjoyed this interview. It provided the insight the evolution and existing tech community. Thank you to all the people that contributed to manifest this interview . One of the main take away should be, is it possible for companies to be more transparent, provide more company's data and change the companies culture.
It’s wonderful thing he reminds us this generation that family matters more than anything ... Adam is Marvelous man.

I think it’s better to Just focus on what you can learn from each individual and try to apply it to your career.
