Nissan 2.5 Diesel D40 oil cooler leaking .

Easy job if has two O’rings .i have done them with out taking the stater motor out .mine needed replacing

How did you go getting that oil hose off - the one that runs from the oil cooler to the vacuum pump at the front of the engine? My cooler isnt leaking but that hose is and the bolt head that holds that hose on is jammed next to the dipstick tube

You can remove the dipstick .That might be the way to go about it ..

@@rickohlson3962 thanks I tried that this arvo, it swivels but is stuck solid. Might have to give it another go tomorrow
