Concours d'Elegance Cavallino Classic Modena 2024 - Museo Enzo Ferrari - F40, F50, 308 IMSA & More!

- Even though it's a bit late, I wanted to publish this video about the Concours d'Elegance Cavallino Classic Modena that took place in May 2024 in Italy. A delegation of cars took a short tour of Modena and stopped for about an hour in the spaces surrounding the Enzo Ferrari Museum in the town. I enjoyed seeing them; as expected, they were prestigious cars. 275 GTS, 246 Dino, 250 Tdf, 512 BB, 365 GTC, and Testarossa, as well as more recent models such as 288 GTO, F40 and F50. The 365 GTB4 "Daytona" Competizione and the rare 308 IMSA were spectacular. Enjoy! 😉
Anche se con un po' di ritardo ci tenevo a pubblicare questo video relativo al Concorso d'Eleganza Cavallino Classic Modena che si è svolto nel mese di maggio 2024 in Italia. Una rappresentanza di vetture ha compiuto un breve giro per la città di Modena ed ha sostato per circa un'ora negli spazi circostanti al Museo Enzo Ferrari presente in città. Proprio qui ho avuto il piacere di vederle e come c'era da aspettarsi, si trattava di auto prestigiose. Tra questa 275 GTS, 246 Dino, 250 Tdf, 512 BB, 365 GTC, Testarossa ma anche modelli più recenti quali 288 GTO, F40 ed F50. Spettacolari la 365 GTB4 "Daytona" Competizione e la rarissima 308 IMSA. Buona visione! 😉

Got to love the red car. I wish there were some events like that here. All our shows are street rods and classic cars. Don't get me wrong, it's wonderful to see classic cars. There are rarely events here like that, as I've said before. Sometimes, there are Cougar parades leaving West Coast Cougar in Oregon, but nothing like that here.

I often watch videos of car gathering in America. Your nice Ferrari rallies are the "Concorso Italiano" or Cavallino Classic at Mar-a-Lago. But there are dozens and dozens of Ferrari meetings and events in the USA. However, your country is so big that seeing these events in your area is probably difficult. Fortunately, I live relatively close to Modena/Maranello, the home of Ferrari, and these things are quite regular for me. Greetings from Italy 🖐
@Italiansupercarvideo your right, where I live, there are none of these events. There could be one in Northern California in the city of Monterrey or Carmel. It's about an 800-mile drive. There are other great events though. We have air shows every year because of the Air Force base at Miramar. We also have an air show in the city of Elcajon, where many of the great American motor cross riders live. I saw a smaller model of the wing one year. I convinced my friend it was okay to go inside it. There was no sign saying we couldn't, so in we went. It was like looking at an old Formula 1 car without the body. Nothing but hydraulic lines and aluminum tubing everywhere. The fuselage was just thin sheet metal with rivets. I think it and the original are at Edward's Air Force base. There is actually a cool picture of them beside each other. I always wanted to build my own helicopter or small plane. For me, it's probably impossible. I'm better at fixing things that break and operating them than building them from scratch.
I did help build a huge sawmill from scratch using blueprints, cutting, welding, surveying, demolition, etc. So I could do it if I had a shop. Unfortunately, we are only given so much time in our brief lives.
I think we are both fortunate to live where we do. We both get to enjoy some of the best racing in the world and see the best cars.
