Ooh man Keith, it is so nice to see the smile and hear your chuckle again! I am glad to see you settling back in. You are back to making us feel like we are sitting in a chair right there in the shop again, and it is so welcoming.
Hi Keith, great to see you again. My wife and I went to the Cape for our Anniversary in 2015. I told her we have to go your shop while we’re up there. You were kind enough to invite us in and give us a tour. You even gave us a mermaid as a momento, which is proudly displayed over my work bench along with a “Gitter Done” sticker. My father in law was a machinist and he had a lathe in his basement. Just the smell of the equipment brought back wonderful memories of him and his skill. Thanks for the memories and welcome back!
so happy to see you feeling great again Keith, you have been a big influence on me getting out of depressive rut and getting my neglected tools running again, for that I thank you so much, cheers from Orlando, Paul
Nice to see you back and in good shape the most important is to build your shop to suit your needs . It is important to be comfortable where you spend an important part of your life. At the age you' are, ( we are about the same age ) this shop is probably your last one so building it to feel at home is the way to go have a good day
Sweet old Monarch! Can't wait to see it throughout the "restoration" process, whatever that ends up being. Great to see you back and active again Keith--very much missed seeing your videos. You and Mrpete are the two guys that I'll basically stop whatever I'm doing, to watch one of your new videos. Glad life is leveling out a bit for you now.
So nice to see you back Keith. I’ve been along since pretty much the start and have really missed your personality and content. I reckon loads of us will understand what you’ve been through and are coming out of, it’s tough, but as they say, what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger! Take care my friend and thanks again for the upload! Best wishes. Simon.
One of the greatest things about you Keith is that you are a true patriot. I'm a navy veteran from the Vietnam era home ported in San Diego. I can appreciate your history with the navy. Most of us know what's going on with our tyrannical government now and completely understand and agree with you on the first amendment statement.
Shop is looking good. I so agree about placing machines so that you will in the future be able to handle long materials on them as that always comes up in a job shop. The Monarch tracer attachments are extremely well made. If you take the bearings out be ready for about a day setting new ones back up as they are eccentric mounted so you can adjust for 0 clearance which on that many surfaces is a bit tedious. LOL
You have helped me be a better home shop machinist. Great to hear you are getting back to the videos. I sure have missed you and I am glad you hadn't completely lost interest in letting your viewers know what you have been up to. Thanks for all the great videos you have done all ready and glad your personal issues are settled to a point you are feeling there is joy in life. Best to you!
Glad I'm not alone in the finding things stakes. My trick seems to be finding the item I was looking for when looking for something else the next day . Great to hear your chuckle again, onwards and upwards !!
Warms the soul to see that beautiful Cape sunset in the window and hear another “getter done” once more. Shop is looking beautiful, thanks for everything Keith!
I can't express strongly enough how happy I am to see you back! Been watching your channel religiously for years and was genuinely heart broken when I thought you might stop. Stick with it, if you feel bottomed out friends and fans will show you whats ahead and above.
Glad to have you back. I once was told it doesn't matter how many times life smacks you down, it is how many times you get up that counts. You can't keep a good man down.
One good thing about having you move your entire shop after using it in one place for so long is that you knew exactly how to arrange everything! I'm impressed with how the placement all turned out in what seems like a space with lots of shapes to work around. Seems like the access and workflow is pretty great
Haha. Those horizontal surfaces will get you every time. I know a guy who has a shop with 40 feet of workbench and I've seen him working down on the floor because no work bench was available. By the way: It's "Aweigh"😁
Greetings Keith from the east side of the pond. You have been missed for sure. It’s a relief to see you looking well & making excellent progress with sorting the layout & functionality of your shop. Anchors have a habit of dragging some, but with time and effort, it comes good 👍. I’m looking forward to seeing more videos of your projects, it’s something to look forward to & makes me smile 😊. All the best.
So glad to see you posting and the posts I love the most is the shop tours after a while has gone by. Life is great you can't forget to live it not just breathe shop air every single day. You're always a huge inspiration to us all out here watching. THANK YOU KEITH!
Thanks for sharing your work and all your effort. I recently got beyond a very difficult time ( more then three years) and the feeling of coming out of the tunnel into the sunshine is priceless. Please take care and keep enjoying life.
I was insulating my shop the other day. I was looking for my stapler and walked past it probably five times...I laughed so hard. The anchors can be bad but you get past them. thanks for the videos.
Hey Keith. Like many others here. I have been watching you from the start. I must admit I have skipped a few videos along the way for different reasons ?? So my frequent watch count might be down a little from where it could be, LOL. Just watching you walking around the shop showing different things along the way. One that stuck out a little more than the others ? The Plasma Cam, already 10 years old now. Doesn't the time fly by ?? I still remember you setting it up at the old shop. You gave the feeling that this was like getting all your Christmas presents all at once. Great to see you here back on TH-cam. I still prefer to watch you here, just a preference to where else you might like to post. Wish you all the best for what is coming up next in your shop and your life. Peter 👍
"The butt end of it" is the red, white and blue beach girls hanging on the wall. Damn man, I can't seem to focus on what it is you're showing us with those three dominating the background. I'm 67 and the type of hardware depicted in that photo still puts a smile on this old dog's face. It's good to see you getting adjusted to the new location, that had to be a hell of a move. All the best to you ole boy and keep on keepin' on.
Great update Keith, it's amazing how familiar hundreds of thousands of people are with you and your machines 😀, and a great communicator. Thanks for sharing and all the best in the future. Best wishes from the UK.
Ooh man Keith, it is so nice to see the smile and hear your chuckle again! I am glad to see you settling back in. You are back to making us feel like we are sitting in a chair right there in the shop again, and it is so welcoming.
Thanks so much

A true "working" machine shop, not a "vanity" shop that just pretends to be a business.
*Go ahead and say it.........Abom79.*
@@Alilretard1 ....Go away. Quit trying to start shit. There is no room for haters in this business.
I was having withdrawal pains, soooooo glad your back,! I have learned so much from you on the lathe & mill operations.
Good to see you back Keith, you were missed.

You being back making videos is the best thing that’s happened to me so far today. When I say we have all missed you, we have all missed you.
