- Electric anticipation surrounds the shipment of KTM's new 1190 Adventure R. Replacing the tried-and-true 990 Adventure, KTM's new 1190 is a 150hp, gravel-eating adventure motorcycle offering precise handling, class-leading braking, and a suspension capable of handling even the most extreme off-road conditions.
What the new KTM 1190 Adventure R lacks, however, are the accessories that will allow it to safely venture long distances carrying everything you'll need along the way. So, when a new 1190 Adventure R arrived at Touratech-USA, the team was eager to install an assortment of the most important protective parts including their new Expedition Skid Plate and Quick Release Headlight Guard. The Touratech team also equipped the KTM with a set of Zega Pro panniers, a Zega Pro Topcase, Expandable Touring Tankbag, Large Sidestand Foot and a GPS Mounting Bracket.
Touratech - making bikes heavier since 1990's
@4:32..."It's just....the ultimate inconvenience" haha
Don't forget your Touratech Personal Chef.
Need that sidestand piece for sure! 💯
Nicely thought out design on your products. Now, all I need is a motorcycle!!
i love to have this bike and this touratech accessories :(
That is infact a two-wheeled tank.
Helpful video. Thanks. Hopefully, you will be participating in the upcoming International motorcycle shows this year, specifically, the one coming up in Minneapolis, MN.
Been Welding all my life, since when can you weld aluminum to stainless ??????????????
Both Alloys. Don't take him too literally. He's making a marketing pitch here.
TerraNautica the
you can actually...just search it up..
When's the Orange crush bar coming out?
You left the original front fender on?
how is the bash plate aluminum and stainless, it looks like all aluminum... or can you weld alum to ss??
Can't believe they don't include locks their panniers... well over 1000$ and no locks
It's great when you can just WHAT?????
fold up your rear view mirrors.
Cool stuff you guys! How come there is a bike with a German license plate from the Black Forrest area in the video?
Touratech worldwide HQ is in Niedereschach Germany. It's considered the edge of the Black Forest. Probably a demo bike shipped to Seattle and destined to return, therefore no replating in Washington state for the US.
There's not a piece of kit in this video that I don't like.
ITS GREAT WHEN I CAN JUST WHAT OMG??
hi everone l own a ktm 950 superenduro ezberg and the bike easily cruises on 106km/110kms standed with all smog gear attached and the bike weighs 185kgs dry not 215kms a 30 kg difference thats my adventre bike

How do you do? Way To Use Your Head. mix flimsy What do you think, guys?
touratech hand guards on this bike are poorly designed. Shocking TT made these... not very strong and a terrible attachment to the handlebars...

Bar risers are such a joke.... If you want to waste money buy bar risers..... Do you really think a bike manufacturer with multi million budgets would really get the hight of the bar wrong for most people???? But lets face it, most of this stuff is just a waste of money... People just like to buy stuff thats all....
Yep, I think you have a good claim to needing them.... Just the rest of us?????? Not sure. Respect for being 6'6'' and ridding the 650. You probably needed the whole thing higher?
Ok 99o1991119122222219999991929oo1 9999o221 19 2 w sumie, że w sumie, że to jest z pewnością będzie w tymi samymi o momencie .11l29992ooookk ,op2okwl5
yes actually , i am 6'3" and know riders that are 5'5" so in your genius wisdom we need to have the same bar placement huh ??
@@justsomedude445 it’s mostly not about bar placement but body placement. If your 6’6’’ then you will need to make some adjustments to the bike but most people are not that tall.
I have T7 with 10k dirt miles on. And rode enduros. Started riding off road when I was 7. So actually I do ride quite a bit.
Most people think they need bar risers because they want to stand too vertically and think they need the bars as high as they are., this does not work well for off road as the centre of gravity is too high and crashes happen….
@@justsomedude445 bar placement is usually the same for most nights. I am 5’10’ and no adjustments would be needed. Bar height or bar angle would not need to be changed even for a 6’3” person. Perhaps a taller seat would or foot pegs with a drop on them would offer better performance. Bar hight is honestly not a thing. And only a thing for people who can’t use there body well and rude stiff and tall.
All very nice but do I want "touratech" plastered all over me and my motor,.....no
