I am so frustrated. This just isn't working! I have Prime 4 and I simply cannot get SoundSwitch to work. I create my light show in SS, but it doesn't show up in Engine DJ on my desktop. I try to export the light show directly to my USB drive from SS and the Prime 4 gives me an error message. The Control One doesn't even register with my Prime 4. And trying to get help with customer service has been almost impossible. Can someone PLEASE help me?!?!?!
Is this setup for tracks that have already been scripted/autoscripted in soundswitch, or can this stagelinq method be used for ANY track played from the Prime 4?
Was wondering if you have tracks on a usb in the prime4 does sound switch not read the tracks from the P4? Or do you need to analyse on the computer that has engine os and SS? Then export on the usb???
Does it work with external line or phono sources in standalone mode?
Matt. I need your help with the denon prime 4. The issue I have is when I’m playing and slide down my faders loose the connection with the light.

Hey. Same issue with me with my Prime 4 and Control one. I don't event have the sound switch icon on engine DJ. Were you able to solve your problem??

i got the same problem with a Engine Prime 2 and It is connected by RJ45 Cable?

You still need a computer for this to work? The whole point in getting a Prime 4 is that it is standalone.
